McDonald's Menu Prices at 1 Shadow Oak Dr ★3.4 (1549)

Fries-cold. Service slow & rude. And out of bbq sauce?! And told this AFTER we paid and were brought the food Talk about ZERO effort. Double cheeseburger was slapped together half-assed. The mcflurry had NO oreos and the fries were cold. Order also sat on the counter not brought to the table. HORRIBLE food & even worse service. All employees (though not busy) were too bothered to ring up a deal in app that wasn't working or add oreos to my "vanilla ice cream" (aka mcflurry) & to make it worse, they bribe you to do a 5 star review with a "prize wheel" of a free item

Looks like they remodeled again and it's beautiful. Worth going inside. Nice staff. I got a custom burger (no lettuce, no mustard, no ketchup, add mayo, add tomato) and it was done surprisingly FAST, perfect and sooo DELICIOUS . Thank you!! Ordering ahead on the app is super easy and you rack up freebies easily...

I’m posting this review in hopes it reaches the franchise owner or corporate oversight, as the issues at this location appear to be systemic rather than isolated. I’ve experienced repeated problems here, including incorrect orders, missing items, and a general lack of attention to quality. Normally, I understand that errors happen in food service and I simply move on without leaving a review. However, my most recent visit raised legitimate food safety and compliance concerns. I ordered a sundae and, once home, discovered multiple long black hairs mixed directly into the ice cream. I contacted the store solely to make management aware so this could be addressed and prevented in the future. I did not request a refund or replacement. The response from the manager on duty was troubling. She was dismissive, insisted I bring the product back, and when I explained it had already been discarded, made a snarky remark and ended the call. This interaction showed a lack of professionalism and an apparent disregard for standard food safety procedures, incident reporting, and customer care expectations. Given my repeated experiences and the volume of similar feedback in recent reviews, this appears to be an issue related to management oversight, staff training, and adherence to company and food safety standards. I strongly encourage the franchise owner or district management to review this location’s operational practices, hygiene controls, and customer service protocols, as this experience raises concerns about compliance and brand standards.

Told them clearly no Canadian bacon on my Egg McMuffins, they still put it on all three. Total disregard for instructions. Waste of money and food. Terrible attention to detail.

My grandmother went to McDonald's earlier for food and asked what i wanted and so i said i wanted the triple cheeseburger meal when she got there the girl told her there is no such thing as a triple cheeseburger meal yet if that was true than why is this on doordashes menu to be delivered? And why have I gotten it before? So she had to pay separately for the triple cheeseburger the fries and drink and she was pissed off came home told me what the girl said i have proof of this that this meal exists thanks to doordash. So obviously whoever that girl is needs to learn the menu or find a different career choice something even more simple than mcdonalds because apparently even that is too difficult for her. I'm sure it's some young girl that doesn't want to work there and she is just pissy and takes it out on customers because she can't be bothered to learn the menu.
