McDonald's Menu Prices at 2100 Washington Pike ★3.1 (1224)

I got off work at around 10:30 and came to this location to order food on my way home around 10:45-11:00 p on 12/29/25 and I know it’s a later time of the day and people are a bit cranky for being up later I get that but the experience I had at this McDonald’s was absolutely terrible. I was placing a drive thru order when I asked if I can order a smoothie. The lady over the speaker rudely interrupted me saying she was not going to make a smoothie. I replied back in a nice tone saying okay no problem how about the shlushies when the lady over the speaker said “do you want the strawberry smoothie because I can make that but I won’t make a McFlurry”. I then told her what I would like in my order and she told me to come and pay at the window. I paid for my order and waited about 15-20 minutes for my food to come out. I didn’t mind the longer wait because I knew it was later in the day and they were probably understaffed. When I received my food I was told sorry for the wait and they sent me off with a smile saying have a great night. I finally got home and found a ball of food in my bag. This ball of food is part of my order. Unacceptable this place is the worst McDonald’s in the area. Not long ago I placed a mobile curbside pickup order when the same lady who I presume is the Manager on duty at the time came out with my curbside order saying this location doesn’t do curbside order past 10 o clock. If that was the case then why would the app allow me to place an order in the first place. I would recommend this lady to be either fired or relocated to another location for better training her actions and attitude is completely out of line everytime I come to this McDonald’s. Lastly I will not be ordering from this location every again.

Food was decent, worker definitely ate my Mc chicken. Items missing from past 3 visits. No second patty, no fries, no mc chicken 😔 Update: they completely smushed my burgers while wrapping them. The lady in front of the drive through was very rude, seems they passed the anger on to the rest of the line as well. Was the last chance for this place 😂

I literally don't know what I have done to offend the McDonalds workers except pay them money for food; but my partner ordered food here after work, as they had a late night closing up shop across the street. We used the mobile order station so as to give the workers advanced time and notice to prepare our order of 4 burgers, a basket of fries, two chicken sandwiches, two small fries and ten nuggets. Whomever was working on Sat into Sun on September 28th at 1240 AM decided it'd be super cool to drown them in sauce and then smash (?) all of the sandwiches before giving us our order. I know no one likes working the night shift; but equally no one deserves to have their sandwich absolutely fisted because they *checks notes* ordered food from an establishment with workers paid for the task. We tried calling but alas, no phone pickup. I wonder why. I would desperately like to be in touch with a manger or supervisor to get a refund and possibly have the employees reprimanded because this is straight up and unacceptable way to represent your establishment. Pictures included. Also can't say for sure, but why does my whole meal look/feel so WET?! The texture of everything is as it's been ran under a faucet before being sauced to death and then fisted into my box.

Drive through/order taker extremely rude. "Whaddya want, what else, what else," in a horribly rude tone. Got home and drinks were all slightly over half full. Done with this place, and it wasnt the first bad experience there

The girl working the drive thru on January 13th at 1:17 AM after the Steelers game, yelled at us before we could even talk to her and told us we needed to leave. We told her we put in a mobile order and she said “you’re going to have to cancel it or leave, I have too much delivery orders.” We said, “Okay, we have a mobile order” and she yelled again and said “I don’t know what you want me to do. You’re going to have to cancel the order or wait.” So we did what she said and canceled the order. Lost business tonight and I will never go to this McDonald’s again and I’ve contacted corporate! If you’re busy that’s one thing but be nice about it.
