McDonald's Menu Prices at 260 N Pottstown Pike ★3.7 (946)

I came in late on a Wednesday night. I ordered a fish fillet and it was disgusting. I was tired from working all day so that was my only option to eat. I’m posting photos.

My recent visit to McDonald's proved to be a comforting experience, with the food tasting as reliably average as ever. The iconic golden fries lived up to their reputation, perfectly crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. What pleasantly surprised me was the inclusion of a play area for children. This thoughtful addition provided a welcoming environment for families, allowing parents to enjoy their meals while their little ones played nearby. It's a testament to McDonald's commitment to catering to the needs of their diverse clientele.

ok im not gonna lie i love mcdonald’s and i literally eat there all the time but i found a bug in my food and that shits just so gross.

Every time I order breakfast I never get my hash brown! 2nd time! I don’t like McDonald’s food but the only thing I was holding onto was their breakfast and now I don’t want that anymore! Thank you for truly ruining my breakfast again! And no I don’t want to get in my car when I ordered it and get a free hashbrown! I want my food when I want my food! I already gave yall a break the first time when I coulda went off on yall! It’s always something with yall… you ask for extra syrup that you have to PAY for NOW and you can’t do that right! I hope yall get shut down! I don’t recommend anybody order for delivery or go there period!

would respectfully discourage doing business with this establishment. While this specific McDonald’s was once the gold standard for fast food in the area—consistently outperforming the surrounding locations in Downingtown and Lionville—it has undergone a catastrophic decline in quality, service, and basic operational standards over the last few years. What used to be a reliable beacon of efficiency has morphed into a case study of institutional failure. To call the current state of this franchise "disappointing" would be a massive understatement; it is a complete collapse of the brand promise. The Downingtown-Lionville Decline For a long time, locals knew that if you wanted a hot meal and a correct order, you avoided the Downingtown and Lionville locations. However, rather than those branches improving to meet the standard of this one, this location has raced them to the bottom. We are currently witnessing a regional "plummet" where finding a competent McDonald’s in this corridor has become an impossible task.
