McDonald's Menu Prices at 9100 Se Powell Blvd ★3.3 (2930)

Ordered two steak eagg and cheese mcmuffins and they did not put cheese or butter on it! So dry and un eatable without butter and cheese, and then the jerks won't even answer their damn phone. Do not go to this mcdonald's

I went through the drive thru and used a promo code from the app. The person over the speaker asked for and took my code and then told me to wait a minute. The app on my phone said they received my code and then I saw them typing someone else's order on the order screen I was at. When the person came back they said the code was no longer working. I couldn't get a new one because my app said that I used a discount code recently. I was told to pull forward and all the people I talked to were no help. I have never seen such a high level of incompetence or severe lack of customer service or effort in trying to understand the problem they caused. I tried to explain what happened, they used the code/cleared it when they told me to hang on but all they could repeat back was my code wasn't working. I asked them to listen and try to understand what I was explaining to them about what they did and what happened and again they just kept saying the code didn't work. Luckily I wasn't charged since my payment is tied to the app. Do better! Own up when you make a mistake and at least put in even the smallest amount of effort to fix the problem by listening and trying to understand instead of just saying something isn't working.

Staff was annoyed that we didnt use kiosk to order. Then one meal didnt match what's advertised and went back 3 times to get the sandwich we ordered, then it was a soggy mess and couldn't eat it. Won't be going back anytime soon.

I got there at 5:30 am and the lobby wasnt open. I went up to the drive through to ask why they were not open. The lady told me she didn't know when they would be open, butthe crew might get there around 7 or 8, then they'll open.. It's always something with this particular location. Either the foods not hot, The machine dosent give you a recipt because no one puts any paper in them so you have guess your order number. On top of that the orders are right about 50% of the time, and the place looks neglected. If it wasn't the closest McDonald's (I have bad knees), I'd never gonto this location again. As it is I just have to deal.

Rude employee seemed to be or think she was a shift lead. Rolled her eyes and tried to argue with me when I had asked for a drink carrier… tried to tell me I didn’t need one… seemed like she just didn’t want to take the couple seconds it took to provide the carrier. The location appeared to be well staffed so I can’t imagine that sort of treatment is a result of the conditions. If you don’t like your job find a new one or stay home.
