McDonald's Menu Prices at 30001 W Highway 51 ★3.4 (1017)

Don't go to this McDonald's today. Our burgers were cold and the buns were smashed. The fries were cold and unsalted. Their Dr. Pepper tastes like brown soda water. We asked for ketchup and sweet n sour sauce. I packet of each for three people. Someone shut this down.

I just spent 45 MINUTES waiting for my order to be prepared and they still managed to rip me off and mess it up royally. Whats extra frustrating is I can't even go back to have it corrected because I am not willing to wait another 45 minutes. It is very rare that I go in there and my order is actually correct. But tonight I paid extra for extra cheese and there was ZERO cheese on my burger along with extra onions when I asked for none. Luckily, all of my kids food was correct. But if I'm paying extra, I expect to get what I paid for. Completely done with this McDonald's. I've given them way too many changes and nothing is ever done.

Ordered a McRib with no sauce because they always put too much and it's so messy. Came with sauce anyway. Also bun was so hard it was inedible. Had to throw the bun away and eat on my own bread. This is not the first time I have had issues. Im done with this McDonalds. Do better.

Once again, it’s 9:30 on a Saturday night and they’re supposed to be open until 11 but they’re closed. This time , they have blocked the drive thru off with a vehicle and blocked the front door with a wet floor sign. All the doors are locked. There are employees inside just standing around. This one is also higher priced than any other McDs. A hamburger happy meal here costs more than it does at the Las Vegas Airport.

How can a McDonald’s be this bad? One thing with McDonald’s is it’s pretty consistent no matter where you are.. It’s fast you know what to expect with the food..but not here. This place is the slowest and rudest fast food restaurant I’ve ever experienced. I have given this place a couple chances and it’s the same experience every single time ! The employees are running around like chickens with there heads cut off of there is more than 2 people in the restaurant, which is probable why they constantly just lock the doors when they are supposed to to be open for business . Sometimes the drive thru is even blocked off ! The food is NEVER fresh and your chances of getting the order you paid for are at about 5%.
