Absolute worst McDonald's in the world! The person taking my money had snot dripping and was wiping it with the same bare hands that took my money, so I didn't take my snot covered receipt. Then got my food from a very rude man that practically threw my order at means no thank you, just a snarl and slam the window shut, then when I get home I had no fork and knife for my biscuits and gravy and my hash browns were so dried out and burnt they actually shattered when I dropped them on my paper plate. So discusting! And paid $13.80 for my order and they were not busy at all it was 7:10 am only a few cars in line. This place needs a total flushing of help that has no customer service respect. They need to only serve food that they would serve to themselves or their loved ones, not serving crap their dog would walk away from.

UPDATE : not sure on the remodel or not. But. When you open the men's bathroom door. You can see ALL the urinals from where , you sit down & eat. !!!! Dinner & show 😋 The inside was just as clean as the outside . I'm very happy with the young man at the register on a Saturday morning ( 2-2-2025 ) .. Smiled, polite. My food was fresh, hot.. my first time in a long time at a McDonald's or fast food place where the condiment counter & soda machine was not out, or a complete garbage dump . Nice !!!!!!!!! thanks for starting my long journey north off to a great start

So disappointed 2 different times visiting this location and they didn't give me the sausage on the sausage egg and cheese biscuit. 2 different visits 2 times they didn't put it on the sandwiches, both times I visited was trough the drive thru so I'm guessing it's on purpose to save money??? I always buy 2 extras to freeze and they aren't giving the sausage. I definitely won't waste my money coming back I'll drive on in to Wilmington from now on.

My Favorite McDonalds in America! 🇺🇸 Everything is so clean and very first class! Congrats to the manager and team! Thank you!

My day has been brightened. I just witnessed an employee take time to help an elderly woman carry her food to the car on busy Sunday morning. I don't even care what the food tastes like I support any environment who supports kindness like that.
