Can you tell what's wrong with this? I watched two girls make this iced coffee this morning through the window- it's 6am and dark so you can see through that weird film they have on the window. I watched one girl hand off the cup with the syrup in it to the other girl who finished it without stirring it. She looked at the cup, swished it around, looked at it again, basically shrugged and opened the window and handed it to me. I didn't bother asking her to stir it, just went and parked and stirred it with my straw but come on man. That's ridiculous. If I was busy or unaware, that could have been a mouthful of pure syrup! They weren't busy either- 1 truck ordered behind me and that was it. She could have done it right in the beginning- or after acknowledging that the coffee had syrup at the bottom *because she literally looked at it!* she could have spent an extra 5-10 seconds to stir it!! Ughhhhh this morning crew SUCKS. The most unfriendly people I encounter in the morning! Why work the morning shift if you're going to be hateful?! The night shift is so nice- I've actually called to praise them for their kindness even though they are more busy and take a little longer- I've never had an issue with my order or with the friendliness of the staff in the evening. Morning shift- do better.

Awful food and service. It took us an hour to get through the drive thru. Then my large coffee i ordered isnt coffee. It taste like water they put vanilla in. No coffee taste at all not even burnt coffee that I generally get. Food was cold and not the best. But the coffee really upset me, spending that kind of money for it to be vanilla water.

Really dude come one I get your night shift sucks and your lines are slow as someone who was a kitchen department manager back in the day for McDonald’s I’d write you up

Left out my hash browns and sausage. Hash browns are the only reason I bother to order. Can make the rest myself. At least I got ketchup for once but no hash browns to put them on . Tired of messed up orders. It's too expensive for you to not do a proper job!!

the worst listeners i have everrr seen at a drive through everytime i ask for a medium drink rthey ways give me a small and dont change ot bc they put it on the receipt and had me waiting 30 minutes!!! for fries!!! unacceptable smh.
