This is the steak and cheese bagel that I ordered. Why would you serve someone this bagel? 🤔 I called to complain and got treated like I was trying to lie and get free food 😆....No thanks I'll just go somewhere else you guys can keep the 5 bucks.

Not only were they packed to the brim of customers. But they were so disrespectful. As soon as I got in there to grab my order they had part of it on the counter, right? Well i waited for the rest of it to be done and then the girl came up to the counter, stared me dead in my eyes and screamed "I HAVE AN ORDER FOR ____!". With the worst attitude I have ever heard. I said that me and grabbed my food but then when I tried to tell her I was missing a bunch of stuff she just walked off. Who screams out someone's order when it's not even done? So I continued waiting and waiting thinking they were finishing it but then all the workers started side eyeing me and giving me judgemental looks. Then she came back like 20 minutes later and said Do I need something. .. Excuse me? So I got an attitude with her and said um yeah actually. Im missing OVER HALF of my food! That was 6 mcchickens and 5 fries. They never even brought out. How do you miss THAT MUCH?? I wish I caught the girls name because she was so rude. She was about 40 something it looked like or 50 and had a long brownish ponytail and glasses. About 5,1. Anyway they went back and made my food and as I went to grab the bag I asked if they had the fried too and she got an attitude again and said "Yeah. They're in there." As if it was my fault they forgot to make the food. If I see her again I will definitely be reporting her.

Literally forgot my pancakes but gave me butter? and no fraps when I arrived. My coffee taste terrible. Why is it hard to put a meal together. I just wanted what I paid for! Now I’m out 20$ and threw all of my food in the trash because I was that mad! I don’t have time to do this everytime I go to McDonald’s! You guys always mess up MY FOOD THAT IM PAYING MONEY FOR! You guys get paid more than grocery store workers and a lot of people in general! Like please GET IT TOGETHER IM CALLING CORPORATE FOR A REFUND. I just wanted pancakes, bacon, egg and the muffin. I got sausage, not bacon and there’s NO PANCAKES, gave me butter but no syrup? But yall got my husband’s meal just fine. Sandwich and hash browns. I used the kiosk to order so I DONT SEE how this was messed up to begin with! Not even worth the drive back up there and I’m local about 5 minutes away. Utterly ridiculous. I work in food. This is unacceptable.

Sit there for a half hour for food. Paid at the kiosk did not get a receipt. Turn get wrong food Never will stop there again

I waited at the counter for 30 minutes listening to the workers cuss, laugh, mine eye contact with me but for some reason it to that long to get an order.
