Miserable. Lobby cashier couldn’t finalize order so female mgr called over. She then told me to order on kiosk. I said I wanted to order at a register because I hate their kiosks. I suggested the register on right side and she said “that’s for the drive thru!” (Drive thru is on opposite side of bldg with their own registers) I went to kiosk & of course it was broken. (Refused to take any credit cards and you’re forced to choose brand of soda even though it’s self serve: Coke Zero on machine, but not a choice on kiosk) Finally got food and fries were way over salted, tough, & chewy. Big Mac bun looked darker that my leather shoes and just as appetizing. Beef patties on Big Mac look like they e shrunk again. Bun a lot larger than patty. Canned music in lobby and bathrooms made table conversations difficult. Booth type tables were bolted to floor and seating designed for 300 pound customers. Avg size person or kids have to sit on edge of seat to get near tables. Ketchup pumps by soda fountains both out. Location needs a good cleaning. Only nice touch was great Halloween decorating.

Quarter Pounder with cheese was hamburger chunks like two singles smashed together. The ice coffee tasted two days old. Couldn't breathe in restroom. Something is wrong with this place.

Placed a pickup order at 9pm on Saturday 12/13/25. When I arrived, the restaurant was closed due to the weather, but somehow the app didn't know this (There were also maybe 5 other cars either going through the drive thru or waiting at pickup) I tried to cancel the order, but the app said my food was already made and would be out in 2-5 minutes. I called about 30 times on Sunday and Monday, but no answer. I stopped my the restaurant on our way home (were on a family vacation) and waited in the store for 35 minutes after I was told I needed to speak to a manager to get a refund. Walked out and went through the drive thru to speak to the manager working at the window. She told me I needed to come back inside because a refund cannot be processed at the window. I came back in, explained the situation, and she told me she couldnt issue a refund because the order was never made/I was never charged. I told her not only was i charged, it had already posted to my bank account. She then gave me her name and said she was the GM for the store (I think it was Leslie) and if the charge didn't drop off within 24 hours, to give her a call back. I told her I had called many, many times and no one ever picks up. She said the weather had knocked out the phone and fax.. it has now been 8 days, I've received no refund, and they still do not answer the phone. It was only 16 dollars but it's extremely annoying that I'm going to have to charge back this transaction.

This location has the least professional employees. For the second time in a week they messed up my order. I asked for coffee with cream and sugar, they gave me plain black coffee. The workers were busy talking with each other that they failed to see the instructions on the coffee cup, I guess. Either that or they can't read English. The lady was speaking in Spanish as she was handing me my order. I assumed she was on the phone because she indicated she wasn't talking to me. Just very unprofessional.

Ordered a cheeseburger plain add lettuce and was given a bun, cheese and lettuce with no burger whatsoever! Seriously the incompetence is truly mind blowing! I had worked all day and was starving but apparently I should’ve checked my food before I left because I literally threw my money away for absolutely nothing. Probably should inform your employees that if I didn’t want the burger I would’ve said no meat. Thanks for the disappointment
