McDonald's Menu Prices at 36141 Lakeshore Blvd ★3 (783)

This is not a good McDonald's. The building is an older model, which has its charms, but a recent counter pick-up experience was an absurd 15-minute ordeal of the staff outright ignoring people asking for updates on their orders. I don't know what part of a snack wrap and a small fry takes 15 minutes to prepare - at the very start of lunch service, no less - but it was inexcusable. You are a fast-food restaurant, you have two registers - have someone at least *pretending* to man the front counter and help customers get their orders. Apparently, that is too much to ask from this location.

Poorly made filet of fish sandwiches. All 4. Most of the limited tartar sauce was in the box and cheese very skimpy and not covering fish. Very disappointing

McDonald’s never fails at making their food worse each year. An honestly unbelievable feat of greed. I just ordered delivery for first time in ages and now remember why. Their French fries once had a 10min shelf life. Now it’s down to 2 minutes, then inedible. My driver was here within 10 minutes of placing my order, so definitely NOT her fault for their poison food. I hate this franchise and am angry at myself for wanting a Coke so badly I gave them money, come was fine, the rest is in my trash, where it belongs.

Tables are gross and sticky, Floors are sticky and nasty, flies inside, the drain for the fountain drinks is gross and looks moldy, and ketchup packets on the floor, food on the floors, and highchairs left in the middle. Won't return after today. Absolutely disgusted. All soft drinks are off taste. Absolutely nasty. I cannot believe the Staff claim that they don't hear customers come and and don't know why they focus all on the drivethru and not in-store customers. And the staff is loud and obnoxious and laughing to the point I can't hear myself think. I cannot believe the owner/manager allows this to look the way it does. I warn you, DO NOT GO HERE.

Good servers and staff. Such hard working girls. Just have an issue when I pay almost $5 for a freaking large fry, I expect my usual over flowing, or at least FULL fry carton. I never get McDonald’s, too expensive now a days, so when I do and when I spend so much money I would appreciate being taken care of. Not skimped on portions. Will think twice before going to this location.
