McDonald's Menu Prices at 3746 Riverside Drive ★3.6 (910)

This is the absolute WORST McDonald's. Employees are beyond unprofessional and not even dressed in a uniform or wearing name tags. The management WILL NOT fix any issues and tell you "they can't help you." Why are you in management if you lack the critical thinking skills to address store level issues? That's unacceptable. If you go to this location be prepared to be talked down too by an extremely rude employee named "James" (if thats even his name, thats just the name his manager said when I asked for the corporate call I was about to make) For me, the customer service experience was so horrendous. I asked for a discount and to speak with the manager, they told me I had to pay for my food first in order to speak with a manager. OK, weird. Paid for my food, and then management told me he couldn't do anything for me. Then I got home, looked at my food, and so much of it was smashed, and the fries were cold and not even filled all the way. The happy meals and cola drinks (both fountain and frozen) were fine, but the majority of our food looks tampered with, no? Don't waste your time or money here. Just go literally anywhere else. I'm so thrilled I wasted almost $50 on food my family and I couldn't even enjoy and have no idea if I'm going to be compensated. 10/10 do not recommend this location at all.

Ive gone to this location frequently this month, mcdonalds food is basic in general, so food is give a 3 because it's McDonald's. I never dine in so I gave atmosphere 4, but service for me is the highlight for me. Whenever I visit everyone is smiling and nice. I will avoid other locations and go to this one instead because of their positive nature.

Food is usually lukewarm at best. They have screwed up app orders twice in a row, only reconciliation is if you come back to the store. I just want a refund and to not have to go back for someone else’s mistake. Is that so much to ask?

DO NOT GO HERE!!! This place is a joke when it comes to service. The last two times being to this location my oder has been wrong (once on the inside and once at the drive-thru). When I pointed out they messed up the order it was an arument to try to get it corrected. Them saying the food was never paid for or that I ate the food before telling them. Then the workers will make up whatever story they want to make them sound like they are in the right. Let alone they are very unprofessional with how they where dressed, no one has a name tag, and the language they use with customers is unacceptable. Don't bother saying you want to talk to a manager because they won't let you!

I asked the cashier for a receipt. She did not speak English☹️ She had to get assistance from a young employee that was in break. I appreciate people who have jobs. Employers need to ensure they place them in jobs they can perform.
