McDonald's Menu Prices at 1300 W Pleasant Valley ★3.2 (1109)

I was the only person in the drive thru. Told them my order. This is what $8.00 ish buys you. advice for everyone…. If you’re hungry just eat an apple or something and make your own food at home. Let’s stop eating fast food. Let’s stop making these ceo rich with low quality food that gives us health issues . McDonald’s is low quality food. Workers are nice. Work hard for the paycheck. But food is horrible. Food may taste good if you’re starving. Also, these soda are not good for us. Contain almost all sugar which causes heart disease. I ordered a quarter pounder with no cheese and no added salt and extra lettuce and extra tomato and this is what they gave me for roughly 8 dollars .

Worker at the window who was taking our order was being very rude and kept rushing us to order. When we got to the window she charged us for the wrong order and when we mentioned that, she then rolled her eyes and closed the window hard. My big mac had extra pickles when i said none, charged us for a water bottle instead of a small water.

Food is absolutely Atrocious here at night, almost as if they Re-Fry old foods from earlier and serve them. lol and this is supposed to be the suburbs, you’ll get better McDonalds anywhere else in cleveland. My McChicken tasted like its microwaved almost every other time. I try giving them a chance and am let down everytime

My order was brought to me by a woman with an evil stare. She said nothing and handed out the bag and looked away /walked away. I will never return to this establishment. No thank you? The woman told me that I should be thanking her that she brought me our food to the car, cause it was cold. Very strange. I would have thanked her if she didn’t give me an evil stare. Do they get their employees from work release programs? Absolutely no customer appreciation at this facility. Don’t go here and enable this disrespect. Plenty of McDonald’s deliver your food with a smile and appreciation. Just not this one. Dos 1/29/26 around 915 am curbside. It’s all about the hiring. Terrible!

don't ask for breakfast salsa with your burritos in the morning they will charge you and just throw ranch in the box, i rather drive an extra 15 minutes to the other one on snow road now
