McDonald's Menu Prices at Nc Highway 226 South ★3.1 (1215)

⸻ ⭐ 1 Star – Absolutely Ridiculous Experience Worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had. I ordered two caramel-flavored coffees and told the employee to just pick whatever caramel coffee they recommended with extra cream and sugar. She said, “I’ll hook you right up,” then charged me $10.01 for two coffees. After paying, I was told to pull into spot #1. I sat there 15 minutes while the drive-thru cleared out. When I asked where my order was, I was told the machine was in a 15-minute cleaning cycle and they couldn’t make my coffee. So I asked for a refund. After waiting even longer, someone brought me $7 and some change and said that’s all they could give me. I explained I paid $10.01, not $7. A manager came out and said there were two managers on duty and they “can’t refund that amount.” So let me get this straight: They charged me $10.01, never gave me my coffee, and then told me they can’t give me my full money back? I waited over 30 minutes, had no coffee, and still didn’t get my full refund. If a customer walked in and took $10 worth of product, police would be called—but somehow it’s fine when the business keeps your money and gives you nothing. Unacceptable service, poor management, and zero accountability. I will not be back.

I came by this morning to get breakfast. I got the big breakfast without the hotcakes. I got the eggs, the hash brown the biscuit and the sausage but the eggs was loaded with Hair. That was horrible. You need to get your workers to wear hair nets this is the McDonald’s in Spruce Pine, North Carolina Carolina on 226 do not recommend.

Ordered sausage egg on a bagel 2 hash browns and medium coffee. Got my bagel no hash browns which I paid for went to pick up my coffee lid was not on right and hot coffee spilled over my hand. Girl that took my order never said a word. Didn't even ask if i was ok. Just loked at me. Forgot to check my order because my hand was burning. I want to thank the lady that was on her break for helping me. The girl at the order counter was useless not friendly at all.

The breakfast crew is awesome and get stuff done but every evening I feel like stopping its extremely slow and they send all the cars in the drive thru to wait. And the order wasn't even right. I hate giving a bad review since im sure everyone is trying their best but I gotta be honest 😭

The lady taking orders wasn't friendly at all. I know they get busy but there is absolutely no reason for her to be as rude as she was. She was short with me but I overheard the way she spoke to another customer. I don't know how they have anyone eating there. After you pay, you are directed to pull into a parking spot to wait. I wasn't the only car pulled over. I don't mind waiting some for fast food but they need friendlier employees.
