This is my favorite McDonald’s. Staff are always pleasant and attentive to the order. In this case, I actually ordered using the app and table service. I carefully checked my order and every single piece was correct down to the number of packets of salt I requested the food was delicious as always, and look at the flowers that were on the table. That is a great touch. My smile is my happiness to be at McDonald’s on a Saturday morning.

8:15pm March 3rd 2026. It's been over 30 minutes waiting on 4 spicy McChicken sandwiches. They pulled me forward, the lady at the first window refused to give me a receipt. Hopefully my french fries won't be cold. Everyone behind me has came and gone. I don't know what to do. This is crazy. Did they forget about me? How could they? I'm at the he second window... I only ordered 4 spicy McChickens and a Large fries. Are they upset I asked for a receipt?? What's the deal? I'm very polite. I'm still waiting while I write this review...

Absolutely terrible service. I went through the drive-through, gave my order to the woman on the speaker, and she told me to pull up to the first window. I get there—they don’t even have my order. I move to the second window and have to repeat everything all over again. When they finally hand me my food, the order is wrong. I go inside to let them know they forgot the onions on my burger. They “fix” it, I get back in my car, open it… and they had flooded my sandwich with onions like a joke. Completely disrespectful and unprofessional. I will never be back. This is my local McDonald’s, but if I ever want McDonald’s again, I’ll drive farther to a different one before I deal with this mess again.

I visited this McDonald’s on September 12, 2025. I went through the drive-thru and ordered 2 large mango pineapple smoothies. Upon arrival at the pick up window, the server handed me the smoothies; however, they were only ~3/4 full. I asked the server why they were only ~3/4 full, and she simply said “oh, that’s just how the machine makes them”. There was no concern nor any attempt made to resolve the issue. I was caught off-guard by this response. I contemplated going into the store to discuss with a manager; however, I didn’t have extra time to hang around to do that, so I left disappointed and feeling cheated. I frequently order these smoothies from various McDonald’s, so I know first hand what they should look like. If there is a problem with their smoothie machine, they should lower the price of their smoothies or change the cup size. How they are currently serving these smoothies at that McDonald’s is a complete rip off!

I was in drive through and I charge wrong amount I believe I pay for the next car food what is much higher than mine. In the second window I realize what’s happens I asked to refund and pay the right amount for my food. I was told it been fix. A week later I surprised that I pay twice for my food and a higher amount for someone else food. I went back but the supervisor told that I have to have a statement from the bank because she can deal with a statement on my phone, and she is busy and otherwise I have to dispute it through my bank.!!!!!!!She was rude she can did even take look at me she was talking to coworker when I was explaining and she didn’t even care!!!!!
