I have been to this location many times. We live close by and its the most convenient location to us. But I will now be driving further away to avoid this place. Tonight I had to walk inside (after going through the drive through) to get my food. I waited in my car at the third wi dow for over 20 mins. When inside, im guessing it was the manager was on her phone in the lobby laughing it up. The person who came to the counter looked at my like its my fault im waiting. When I got the food it was cold, they forgot the sauce, and the fries were terrible. This has been my normal experience at this location. I really hope the owner of this location sees this and hires a new team.

I know we shouldn't expect a high quality experience from McDonald's, but accurate orders and decent customer service is a baseline expectation. This location misses the mark. Went through the drive thru on Sunday 2/15/26 at 11:45am. We ordered five meals with only a couple variations. The young lady at the window took the order correctly and accurately. Upon arriving home, we noticed that we are missing two items that we were charged for. I had to go back to the location and explained to them the mistake. When I pulled to the window as requested, I was met with a young lady who said she was the manager on duty in the background arguing with an associate that she gave us everything. They had to close the window to preserve the privacy of this woman's unprofessional demeanor. I waited for them to prepare the missing items and this manager brought the items to us eventually. When she handed the bag to us, there was no "sorry about that" or "apologies for the mixup". It was a lady who apparently has a strange complex that middle- class, middle-aged suburban people scheme to steal subpar fast food and I was one of the perpetrators. She handed us the once again incorrect order, and I had to go in this time to have it corrected. Still no apology, no concession. As I said, this is about what is to be expected from these places unfortunately, so keeping my money going to local businesses who care - and where they don't feel like they're entitled to their job and we're supposed to take whatever we get - well be our focus going forward.

We live up the street from this one and will not return. Ever since it opened the service and managers are the ABSOLUTE WORST. On their phones in the lobby while customers are waiting 20+ minutes for food. Food is never fresh, under cooked or over cooked fries are always cold and not even halfway full. Please restaff starting with management. Every single one of these poor reviews are not unwarranted and sound like similar experiences we’ve had here.

Absolutely the worst McDonald’s in the country. was there at about noon on on December 30 and had to wait almost a half an hour for a Mc double and an order of fries and the fries were only half full. i’ll never go back.

Some of the workers at this location are great at their job, some not so much. Girl at the window rolled her eyes when I asked for my bbq sauce that wasn’t in the bag, not the first time this location didn’t give me sauce so I made sure to look and ask. Also, my burger is not made to order. It’s made how it comes- onions, pickles, all of it. People not listening, not paying attention to what the customers order. To top off this interaction- girl at the window handed me my sauce I said thank you and she slammed the window like we were done, while my drinks still sat on the drink counter. She realized, handed them to me I said thank you and she slammed the window again. Sour face and attitude the whole time. Like I get it, it’s just mcds and maybe some dont take the job seriously. But people pay to have food the way they want it- I shouldn’t have to unwrap my burgers at the window to make sure they are made how I asked and paid for it to be made. Honestly the mistake of the food isn’t what made me come here to leave a review, it was the unnecessary attitude and rudeness of the worker. It costs 0 dollars to be kind. When someone says thank you, freaking say your welcome don’t slam the window in their face without saying a word or cracking even a slight smile.
