McDonald's Menu Prices at 2620 Battleground Avenue ★3.4 (1241)

I’m very disappointed and concerned. I opened my niece’s chocolate milk from McDonald’s and handed it to her, but a few minutes later my sister noticed the cap on the table—it had mold growing inside the lid and around the rim of the container. There was also mold mixed in with the chocolate milk itself. My niece had already consumed most of it before we realized, which is completely unacceptable and poses a serious health risk. I called the restaurant seven times and no one answered. This kind of negligence and lack of response is alarming, especially when it comes to children’s food safety. I just wanted to warn management so no other kids get sick, but since no one picked up, I’m posting here instead.

I go to a lot of McDonald’s to do work. This one is terrible. Service is so bad - servers just ignored me for a long time as I waited to get a drink refill. Even after I got the attention of one, she gives me this attitude as in she’s so busy and I just need to wait, even though all I said was “excuse me.” Located in a very busy area. Space is small and feels cramped.

I came through the drive through this morning with my mobile order. The young lady taking orders was super polite and personable calling me by name for my mobile order and just having a genuine personality and great customer service. This was all about a 30 second interaction but she made my morning simply because it’s just not what we normally get from McDonald’s. I applaud her!! Gave her $20 when I got to the window just because she was a ray of sunshine. Thanks bookie!! Food was good too lol

I received the wrong order. Went back through the drive thru to get it fixed because I didnt want it to mess up their line times. Get back to the speaker and sat for 5 minutes- went around again and STILL got NO greeting. Then finally I hear "you was just here. What you want?" Uhhh to have the food I paid for please?! The bag I received had a Large Grinch Fry. I ordered two Grinch meals. Waited an additional 12 minutes for my order to come to my car. Employee walked to my window and literally flung one of the boxes into my car and put another one on top of my steering wheel then walked away. I was sitting my drinks into my console and had my head turned and looking down so I didn't realize she was reaching in to sit the box down, but I did see the other fly across my face and it made me look up and catch her walking away. Apparently I was moving too slow; atleast, that's what she believed since she said "you taking too long" before she walked away. I wanted to call about this incident but funny thing is I never got a receipt to narrow down the individual that was rude to me throughout the entirety of my visit. I won't return.

Look, I don’t know if it’s this town or some problem that every socio-economic entry level position that every fast food place has in this town, but what’s with the terrible service everywhere I go? I get it, its a lunch rush, but asking for some ketchup and giving me ONE SINGLE PACKET and then my girlfriend going in to get more and there’s more of an attitude for asking for some more ketchup, like bruh, cheer up, you don’t like where you’re at? Get a new job, but there’s no reason to be such a rude jerk because you can’t do your job correctly and are insufficient.
