Oh my this McDonald's seems to really be turning around from what it was. Amazing team . Brenda is amazing 🤩 she was so kind ,helpful and gracious...had a problem with my order but she took care of me. The type of customer service she gave and Rose is stellar at this location. They made me smile 😊 today you have a hard time finding good old fashioned customer service where a person and their business really matters!!! Keep up those great smiles and service YOU ROCK.

f I could give ZERO stars, I would. I went through the drive-thru with my kids, and when we got home and started eating, I noticed what appeared to be BLOOD on the chicken nuggets and on the fries bag. This is by far the most disgusting and unsafe experience I've ever had at any fast food restaurant. Completely unacceptable and beyond unsanitary. What made it even worse was how the situation was handled. I came in back to the store and made a complaint immediately, and the manager was absolutely no help—rude, dismissive, and acted like she didn’t care at all. No apology, no concern, just attitude. The Latina woman manager attempted to tell me that all the employees preparing food were wearing gloves, which was clearly not true. I saw several employees without gloves, and when I pointed that out, she responded with an attitude and even rolled her eyes. That level of carelessness is infuriating, especially when people’s health is involved. It’s extremely alarming that employees may be handling food while injured, risking serious contamination. I have a 3-year-old and a 10-year-old who had already started eating before I noticed. I’ve reported this to McDonald’s corporate and am still waiting on a response. This is unacceptable. Please take food safety seriously and hold your staff accountable—people’s health, especially children’s, is at risk "I even reached out to Ray and Rose and left a voicemail, but I haven’t received any response. Situations like this need to be given higher priority."

Sign said open 24 hours, Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Rolled up around 0450. Was told it would take 30 minutes to switch over to breakfast. Really? 24 hours means you're ready to serve. I never had this issue with the McDonald's in Clayton. If you can't accommodate your customers as advertised then maybe don't open for 24 hours. Based on the previous reviews, this place is disgusting and I'm glad I didn't get any breakfast there. You've failed me yet again McDonald's. You had one job and couldn't deliver!

Was going most work days to get a coffee and sometimes a sandwich from the drive through window. People mostly unfriendly, no good morning no hello even. They hand you coffee you drive off ok. Well my last experience is my last visit. I was handed a coffee with a lose lid..... slopped over my legs, arms and truck. So hot it burnt ! I told the women and asked for napkins quickly. Very slow to respond and hands me 2 napkins, 2 FFS. No apology, nothing apart from can I refill it for you? Seriously? Beware make sure the lid is on, hot coffee burns.

I feel that McDonald's Frappe rivals Starbucks. However, your best ability is availability. I was let down when I saw that was not an option on the kiosk. I know that it's not unheard of for their machine to not be working but it's crazy to think that a company as big as McDonald's allows this to be the norm. I ordered juice instead and got my little thing so that they can being my food to me. Instead of bringing me my food, they just call out the number 😐. Whatever not a huge deal but when I sit down to eat and drink some of my juice, it's basically room temperature. Not a good look fam not a good look.
