McDonald's Menu Prices at 935 Nc Highway 24-87 ★3 (2561)

Excellent experience at this McDonald’s. I would especially like to highlight Irma, who is simply amazing. She provides outstanding service, always with a smile, and makes you feel truly welcome. She is very kind, incredibly friendly, and has a wonderful charisma that really makes a difference. I wish there were more people like her in customer service. I will definitely be coming back!

If I could rate them no stars I would. I asked about my food and a woman next to me asked about drinks and the worker looked at her and said I don't get paid enough to care drinks and the manager laughed. This is by far the worst mcdonalds and so slow! Workers are too busy laughing and talking and being on phones which is why it takes forever. They use to be great but night shift always sucks. I came at 10:20pm on 2/13/26. Everyone in the store is complaining.

Out of all my years of ordering food, this has got to be the most ridiculous interpretation of an order I have ever seen. I am unsure if this is supposed to be a joke, or the person that put this crap together doesn’t know what they are supposed to be doing. In fact, this is the first time I have ever thought about submitting a review on anything. We ordered a box and requested some modifications to the Big Mac’s. We only removed the pickles and salt, and requested “regular” meat. The ticket states “American cheese”, “REM Regular Meat”(if REM = “no meat”, we didn’t click that) and “Plain”. And whoever put this together determined that the ticket said “no meat”, “no cheese”, “plain”, “sprinkle some minced onions”, and “squirt some ketchup on it”. I doubt anyone in the world has ever ordered a burger like that. In fact I’m excited to go to work on Monday so I can tell my coworkers about it since it is too crazy to believe.

If I could give them zero stars, I would Arrived during breakfast changeover Was told that they don’t serve lunch yet Came back at 11, waited an additional 3 mins before going to the drive-through When I went to the drive-through window, the older woman sound very confused and kept saying something about “a sausage, egg and cheese with the gold sauce” on it You could tell she was confused cause she kept saying “wait no that’s not right.” “ wait is it this?” “Wait a second is that it?” “No that can’t be right?“ Thinking out loud (basically asking herself) “how do I do this? Let’s see….” I told her I would just come inside to order Finished the order through the kiosk at 11:10 One gold chicken sandwich Chicken tenders And a mocha frappe The order was ready at 11:26 The man who ordered 10 minutes after us got his food first, but he came in tapped one of the workers with his walking stick and they seem to flirt back-and-forth so I’m assuming they were either lovers or close friends Upon receiving the food, the french fries were cold, and most of them were not even inside the box The sandwich only had a pickle and a couple drops of gold sauce on it. I couldn’t even taste the sauce. The mocha frappe had a crack almost all the way down the side of the cup and was leaking everywhere and it took another five minutes just to get someone to give me a cup to put it inside so it didn’t leak everywhere The worker who I had asked (the one who was flirting with the guy) walked right past the cups for me to tell her that I need one , she walked back again to the kitchen and walked past them , then she started to take out a DoorDash order and walked past them a third time , ( and could have easily given them to me) but instead turned around and walked back towards the kitchen and asked another worker. ���Oh yeah, that lady over there needed a cup” then walked past the cups yet again to walk and order outside The person who she informed ( that I needed a cup ) took an additional couple of minutes just to give me the cup. I could’ve walked back there and got the cup in five seconds. In the past, this McDonald’s was superior. They were very polite. The food was fast and much higher qualities than the average McDonald’s, but it just goes to show that poor leadership and management can really run a place into the ground. (After reading three or four other one star reviews I see that I’m not alone in what I experienced.) though I couldn’t hear the sound on one video that is a recording of a conversation with a manager. The review claims that the manager was extremely disrespectful and I have absolutely no trouble believing that.

Horrible, horrible experience. I’ve been to this McDonald’s location many times and it’s finally time to speak up.Last week, I had to wait over 30 minutes for my food, only to be told that the paper with my order had fallen on the floor so the staff just never made my order. After waiting half an hour, I didn’t even get an apology — instead, the bag was basically thrown at me. Completely unacceptable and disgusting customer service. The staff acts like they dnt want to be there. They use ear buds listening to music while on there shift.Today I ordered again, and the same thing happened. I waited, only to receive my food ice cold. When I asked to speak with someone, the staff were rude, snappy, and full of attitude. Eye-rolling, ignoring customers — and the managers are no better.I even had to get my drink remade, because of course, that was wrong too. And while I was dealing with all of this, I overheard another customer say she had been waiting 30 minutes as well — and her order wasn’t even made yet.This location has serious issues. The customer service is horrible, the workers have attitudes, the managers don’t care, and the orders are constantly wrong or cold or been stilling there for awhile 🤮🤮🤮 SHAME ON THE EMPLOYEES AND MANAGERS
