McDonald's Menu Prices at 904 Manhattan Ave ★3.1 (1313)

After going here for a few years and enjoying the service, this place is definitely gone downhill in the last few months. I ordered food for myself and my son this morning via GrubHub and found that they put the steak in my sandwich with the paper cooked and still attached once I got it. I open my sandwich and found it surprising when I saw this weird see-through object in my sandwich. Upon peeling it off I realized it was the paper that the steak comes with when it's packaged. Thankfully I was able to get my refund from GrubHub, but definitely not ordering from this place again until they get their act together.

Around 10:00 p.m. on 2/19/26, I went to get some food but no one even bothered themselves to attend the customer's, there was a person already waiting before me and they had not even come out to take his order, so I said, Hello is there anybody home because they didn't even care to serve their customers. The manager is rude, and doesn't seem like she's capable of handling this type of job, seems lazy, should be fired. This is why this place has so many bad reviews they should hire someone that really wants to work and do their job. This type of person gives a bad reputation to McDonald's. There's people that really want to work out there, this place really needs to hire better employees.

Employees are racist and rude . I recently visited this McDonald’s location and had a very disappointing experience. The employees were extremely rude and unprofessional. They spoke to customers with an attitude and seemed annoyed when asked simple questions about the order. As a Latina customer, I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome because of how we were treated compared to others in line. Customer service should make everyone feel respected, and unfortunately, that was not the case during my visit.

I ordered my food 20 mins ago - a mcchicken, McDouble, and filet o fish - and still haven’t received my order. It wouldn’t be too bad waiting but the temperature is so hot in the store I feel like I’m getting double fried in a sauna. I’m glad I had such a terrible experience cause I won’t be coming back again.

I always order latte from app but when I come to pickup they always give regular coffee, most of the time they say machine is not working. If the machine is not working then how they are taking orders online.
