Great service and excellent cleanliness! I had a very positive experience visiting this McDonald’s. From the moment I walked in, I noticed how clean and well-organized everything was. The dining area, tables, and floors were spotless, and the restrooms were also very well maintained, which is extremely important for a fast-food restaurant. The staff were friendly, polite, and professional. They greeted customers with a smile, took my order quickly, and made sure everything was correct. Even during a busy period, the team worked efficiently and handled the flow of customers without any issues. My order was prepared fast, and the food was fresh, hot, and nicely presented. Overall, this McDonald’s truly stands out for its high level of service and cleanliness. You can clearly see that the management pays close attention to details and customer satisfaction. I felt comfortable and welcomed during my visit and will definitely return again. Highly recommended!

I used my rewards points to order a cheeseburger for pick up. After returning to my office, I discovered a sunflower seed shell in wrapper. This should never !!! happen in a food service environment. Management needs to review staff practices and overall service standards.

So I just went to the renovated McDonald’s on ninth Street in Brooklyn. And it’s completely changed. Soda machines are gone. All the signage with the deals gone, There are no more cashiers except for one register, and I was forced to use the touchscreen nonsense, which I saw the study for cleanliness 🤢. So I wasn’t happy about having to use that thing. I also saw a lot of older folks in there and one looked annoyed and confused when she walked up and didn’t see any cashiers. They have “helpers” to help you navigate the touchscreens now lol, For that you might as well, just have a cashier. I Did ask one of the workers there if they were ever gonna have a cashier again and she said “not yet”. Also, they still managed to forget part of my order, luckily I checked before I left.Apparently i didn’t know i would have to check everything. McDonald’s you had one job, and failed miserably . I’m actually really dissapointed with all it. Update: they now have a register, so your not forced to use touch screen.

Arrived 5 minutes before closing, placed my order with the cashier, but the manager came out and said they were closed since it was 12 a.m. We explained that we were there in time, waiting for our order to be taken, but she replied that we should come earlier than 5 minutes before closing. Very disappointed – all we wanted was to try the new Chicken Big.Mac

Ordered a Big Mac and got 2 fish pieces covered in Big Mac sauce. The “person in charge of the kitchen” refused to correct the mistake. Worth the walk to go to any other properly run McDonald’s.
