McDonald's Menu Prices at 2410 Coney Island Ave ★3.2 (3140)

This branch is truly disappointing. We bring our kid here almost once every week on a regular basis and their chicken nuggets and fries are always subpar. They often taste like they are fried with old oil. The chicken nuggets are always over done and dry, the fries are usually NOT crispy and not hot but soggy. Mind you this is eat in so everything should taste decently freshly made. During this summer, the AC didn't work properly for many weeks so it was hot when dining in. Also toward the end of summer they raised their Happy Meals by about 2 dollars. We thought this was across the board but neighboring McDonalds did not raise their price. Place is also often a mess and not clean. Service is usually slow, sometimes waiting 30 min for your order. Seems like the only thing good about this branch is it's location. We only come because my kid wants the Happy Meal but may need to travel further to avoid this place.

I came home opened my sandwich for my child and to my surprise it’s just a bun and a chicken patty. What on earth is that? How can you make a sandwich like that ?

Stop going here a while ago but it was the only McDonald’s open late in the area I live because of the storm so I popped in. I stopped going because the food always tasted like it been out a while and the bread for the sandwiches were hard. Ordered a Big Mac and the bottom part of the bread was rock hard. Stay away from this one it’s never on point go somewhere else.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I do not recommend this place! Manager of this establishment, please pay attention to the outrageous behavior happening at your McDonald's. Almost none of the extra items I ordered were included. All the buns were crushed and crumpled. It's a shame we threw all this terrible food in the trash right away and I didn't have time to take pictures. Absolutely appalling rudeness!!!

Lady deliberately gave me the wrong change. I asked her for the correct change amount, and she said "we don't have pennies". Missing 5 cents. Not trustworthy. Edit: Second time around (next day). Missing 3 cents. Oof. Theft. This counts as theft. McDonald's stole 8 cents from my pocket. Pure evil. Next time, I am NOT paying the 8 cents to your store. I will tell the cashier I do not have.
