McDonald's Menu Prices at 925 Hunts Point Blvd ★3.6 (1291)

At 8:40am McDonald’s has no Hash browns at all in their facility, no noticed posted or anything either. I was giving COLD French fries with my breakfast sandwich. This hunts point location TRULY sucks and needs to get shut down or re-hire a new staffing team that’s diverse and actually knows English not just Spanish. This place every week of every month for the past 2 years have been despicable, disgusting, lazy, insufficient, and clearly don’t know how to read. I wish I can post this video o took of them hanging around talking while having a crowded restaurant with over 12 orders being held up and the ladies being rude with attitudes. I wish this wasn’t the only location by me because they need to be out of business.

I asked for an iced coffee almost every single morning and sometimes I have to stop coming here because they make it so bad and it's not that hard. It's light iced coffee two pumps of caramel and the creamer. Why do II asked for an iced coffee almost every single morning and sometimes I have to stop coming here because they make it so bad and it's not that hard. It's light ice coffee, two pumps of caramel and the creamer. Why do I always get extra ice? I always get extra creamer and my coffee doesn't even taste like a coffee anymore and then on top of that at the service waiting for my coffee it's normally standing right there and nobody's passing it over so yeah the service can be very trash here. I took out half of the ice from my coffee and I got half the price of what I paid for

I went to this Mc Donald’s yesterday 03/1/2026 i was denied using the restroom in a rude manner. I understand staff may deal with unease people on that area but the behavior this guy showed shouldn’t be what McDonalds stand for. I have IBS and it was crucial for me to use the restroom after a meal. At the end of the day it is a food restaurant many people get bowel movements after eating. I WISH there was a law forcing restaurants to enforce restrooms policies.

I visited this establishment late on a Saturday evening expecting clean facilities and acceptable food quality. Unfortunately, my experience was deeply disappointing. Upon arrival, the environment felt unsanitary and poorly managed. At one point, I observed an employee standing on the countertop with shoes on while attempting to repair the ice cream machine, which raised serious hygiene concerns. Despite these issues, I stayed—and regret doing so. Not only was my order prepared incorrectly, but every member of my family (a party of seven) became ill afterward. Additionally, the premises appeared inadequately maintained, with strong and unpleasant odors throughout the space and a lack of appropriate supervision or order among patrons. Given the conditions I witnessed and the outcome of our visit, I cannot recommend or support this establishment.

I have mixed reviews on this location. Sometimes the service is fast and sometimes the service is extremely slow. There are lists at this location if you’re paying with debit or credit card. The restaurant is clean. I do think customer service can be improved. Sometimes the staff are playing around with one another to much instead of fixing orders. There are also times the employees aren’t wearing their masks.
