McDonald's Menu Prices at 201 W 14th St ★3.5 (1609)

Had a great meal and was really impressed with the whole staff and restaurant. Ezekiel was a super worker/manager. You can tell he loves his job and serving folks. Definitely going to be coming back to this McD’s. I had almost completely given up on them, but this store changed everything for us.

This store is okay, sometimes. More often than not, they're trash. They have terrible leadership. If they park you, good luck getting your food. I always have to go in because something is wrong or missing or I just don't get the food.

Most of the staff at this location have really bad attitudes and serious problems. From the minute you go to order at the drive through you have some stank girls with horrible attitudes for no apparent reason. If you don’t want to be there o don't like your job find one that better suits you and your ability to perform your duties accordingly. You know when your trained your trained to say “welcome to McDonald's how may I take your order” o at least “how may I take your order” not what do you want. On top of there bad attitudes they don’t pay attention to what’s being ordered and they feel they need to place whatever order they feel like putting down not being what was ordered to begin with. Alexander was the shift manager at the time of all this mess and even he was about to catch an attitude until he saw I wasn’t having it so at that time to avoid any further issues i just requested a full refund so that I can leave and never go back. It was a little over a year since I've been at this location for the same exact reason. I see nothing has changed, of course everything starts with bad management. Things like this should not be happening at any kind of business establishment. General Management need to keep this location under watch an retrain there whole staff. I see that this location has major problems and I’m not the only one that see these issues. That’s why there rated with so many one stars and the ONLY reason why I gave a one star is because I had to put one to leave a review. There not even worthy of the one star! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE, VISIT AT YOUR OWN RISK!

I wish they would clean tables and the chairs of the booths while they're not busy. Kind of nasty to come in and see soda stains and salt all over the booths and the tables. Awesome restaurant they could just use a little kick in the butt of cleaning up tables and chairs. nobody wants to sit in salt or sticky table tops.

Today was the very last straw for this location. Not once have I just been able to get my food (correctly) and be on my way. There is always an issue, whether it's a fight about to break out in the drive thru, or a manager on a power trip, or they just don't care about what's ordered they just make it how they wanna make it and damn the customer. Not to mention the amount of points I've wasted there because a machine is "broken" or some other reason I can't get the food I ordered with my points. Not only will you not get your food, but they don't replace the points and they don't care to make it right for you. They just try to push other food on you that they are willing to give you instead. And it's always a lesser item than you ordered. I will go out of my way from now on to the 2 other McDonald's in town, for this is by FAR the worst one in Clovis! the McDonald's on Mabry will be my go to from now on, haven't had one problem with them.
