McDonald's Menu Prices at 1 W Camden Ave ★3.7 (1007)

Order my breakfast at 10:30 via mobile app and paid for it. Arrive at 11:15 to be told they stopped serving breakfast and the best could do is refund me.

I waited at the counter for over 10 min, yet I was the only one in line. They were NOT short staffed and at least 6 employees saw me standing there waiting to order, including the so called "manager", and none of them said a word. I was practicing patience, so i didn't react rudely. I mentioned it to a gentleman waiting to pick up his online order and he advised me to use the kiosk because that's what he normally does. As I was attempting to take his advice, I asked a young lady employee that was handing the man his order(that clearly saw me standing there for over 10 min), if anyone was working the register. I HAD TO ASK TO HAVE MY ORDER TAKEN. THIS SHOULD NOT HAVE HAPPENED. I WOULD FIRE THE MANAGER working on that shift ( 12/07/2025 10:08AM) ASAP....

8/3/2024 I went to this location this morning ordered a egg McMuffin and was served a rotten egg I am 5 months pregnant and hope I don’t get sick from this. This is truly disgusting and this should of never been served to me. I will be filing a complaint on Mcdonalds website cause this is unacceptable.

Upon visiting the aforementioned McDonald’s establishment, I regret to report that the staff failed to provide any of the requested condiment sauces, entirely omitted one complete hamburger from the order, and furthermore included an excessive quantity of pickles on my daughter’s burger despite no such modification having been requested or authorized.

I visited what was supposed to be the better of the McDonald’s in the area with my son recently here and ordered the McDonald land meal. The person taking my order repeated everything back to me right as far as my knowledge but when I had gone to the window I received no receipt. I’m not miserable so I wasn’t about to mention it to someone who was kind and probably had a long day. When I got to the second window the man with forearm tattoos started to hand me a plain milk that I had never ordered so I gave it back to him and asked if he had the right order he reassured me it was and when I looked in the bag I just figured they had new people working and had wrapped the burger in regular packaging so I went to park and have my son who is on the spectrum eat since we where starving and really needed to eat and if you deal with that you know you can’t just throw the kid back in the seat. When I went back up to the window and explained she gave me someone else’s order the first window said they would make it no problem so I just pulled up to the second window where the guy who clearly remembered me handing back a drink I paid for because they misheard me and didn’t give me a receipt to check told me I had to pay for the burger because I took a bite out of what they gave me, mind you I was just thinking they made the quarter pounder like a burger because they where new I didn’t want to hassle them I worked in food service on food trucks before and I know how busy it can get. So I told him that that’s really wrong that I should pay for something I didn’t order and it took them about 10 minutes to print off a receipt with me in the drive through so after getting honked at they moved me to the last window where I had to wait an additional 15 minutes all for the girl in the grey shirt who I assume was the shift lead to come over saying that she “told her she has to start listening” talking about her coworker as if she was her mother and “was trying to be cordial” when I told her that I had been very sweet to the staff and this is a crazy waste of time for her to not give me a receipt I had a right to and to bash her co worker for a common mistake because I told her I don’t think it’s the young girls fault she just misheard me but the guy should have chose to communicate with his coworkers. As someone who worked in food service I can see where things went wrong and I will not be back to this location until I hear back from Joe the general manager that I had to find the name of at the other McDonald’s because I’m not going to call a place with a bunch of kids who don’t care about doing their job and waste my time further by not giving the information to him.
