McDonald's Menu Prices at 408 Rt 9 S ★3.3 (898)

Not only did it take 3 of us standing their for anyone to notice us, but finally when someone said something to us, they said “we will be right with you,” then waiting another 5-7 minutes before helping anyone. I ordered through the kiosk luckily, and I ordered a medium fry and a medium sweet tea. After about 10 minutes, my order was called and I was told they were waiting on the sweet tea, except I didn’t get sweet tea, I got normal unsweetened tea. You’re better off going 5 minutes down the road to bayville.

The people working there seem friendly, but definitely don't listen to a word of your order. They hear what they want and give you whatever is already made.. it's aggravating because they'll never miss an opportunity to charge you extra for anything specific that you order, but then they give you whatever is already made.. I don't get it. They even go as far to print out the specifics that you ordered and put the sticker on the wrapper.. but when you open it, none of the specifics are included.. Sick of getting charged twice the price for a regular burger, just to get none of the things I order. This literally happens 9 out of the 10 times I come here..

Ordered a double cheeseburger no cheese, wrapper says it, open it has Cheese!! Happens a lot. Other morning tried to order sausage egg McMuffin, and ice tea. Guy cut me off didn't hear tea part. Got a muffin and sausage patty only! No egg. I know their busy in morning but listen. And they tend to go to first line more. I was on second line and they took 3 from the first line who came after me. 😡

I don't normally leave reviews but how today's experience went was less then acceptable. We did the fast order kios, I ordered a triple cheese burger no pickles, medium frie, and a milkshake. finished the rest of the order and paid via credit card. The machine never spit out a receipt for our order, we pressed the "press for assistance " button , Noone came. So we had to kinda hover at the counter to read the tags on the orders coming out. They were moderately busy but it was 8pm so not swamped . My fries were cold hard and old tasting, and my burger was dry patties were over cooked and nothing that was supposed to be on my burger was there , no ketchup, no onions , old hard cheese. I don't live far less then a mile so it wasn't the ride home that made my food like this. By the time I got home and found out this is how my food was I was not driving back to complain, and basicly wasted 12$ on a half mix milkshake with a broken paper straw.

I took my niece there for lunch. Ordering sure has changed. You order at a kiosk which was fine.
