McDonald's Menu Prices at 326 S Washington Ave ★3.5 (1647)

So I went to this location in my home town and made a huge order t n full meals and Sherryl the manager refuse to give at least one packet of mayonnaise per meal. She claim she don’t make the rules she was rude and unprofessional went in the back and pour mayonnaise into little container and hand them to me. Instead of giving me the ten packets one per meal as I didn’t request any other sauce. Non sense like they pay for it or something disgusting service. This location is the worst after spending 90 dollars in there at least one packet of mayonnaise per meal per person should be reasonable. Customer service is horrible you have employees yelling in Spanish and laughing while not taking care of customers. Worst experience ever don’t go there Hackensack is the best. Bergenfield staff is horrible and unprofessional. Worst place ever.

Update 1/17/26 Keeping rating at 1 star for giving me Ice with soda instead of Soda with ice. Update 7/12/25 Keeping rating at 1 star...it seems they will never learn how to expedite orders. Update 4/25/25 It's gotten better...so updating from one star to three. Service seems to have gotten faster. Update 10/14/24 A McDonald's with no McNuggets and no soda...it's time to shutdown this location 🤦🏻‍♂️ Update 9/24 They have gone back to working super slow and not expediting orders properly...very annoying 😠 Update 10/23 App orders hasn't been working at this location for over a month 🤦‍♂️ Bad expediting of orders.

I went to McDonald’s to pick up my order and was completely ignored. I said hello when I walked in, and not a single employee bothered to respond they were all on their phones. Eventually a girl came over, and when I politely greeted her, she didn’t say a word back. She just shoved the order at me and walked away without any acknowledgment. This level of customer service is unacceptable. If staff can’t even offer basic courtesy or professionalism, then this location seriously needs better training and management.

When you order from the Monopoly menu through the McDonald’s app, the stickers are digital, not physical. Simple, right? Unfortunately, I didn't know this as today's the first time that I used the app to make the order. However, the staff at the Bergenfield, NJ location had no idea as well. When I went to pick up my order and asked for the stickers as I ordered from the Monopoly menu, the counter staff and the manager told me that because I ordered two large smoothies, they “count as medium drinks,” so I didn’t qualify for stickers. 🤦‍♀️ That explanation was completely irrelevant and misleading. It wasn’t about drink size at all — it was about their lack of training and basic understanding of how the promotion actually works. The manager even told me that if I was unhappy, I could “go complain in the app.” Very professional, right? I even recorded the conversation because the whole situation was so absurd. This happened around 2:44 PM on October 8. I hope the owner sees this — the staff seriously need proper training, and if they don't know what to answer, they can do some homework instead of being that ridiculous. And to other customers who order food thru the APP first time like me: don’t be misled like I was. If you order through the McDonald’s app, your Monopoly stickers are digital, not something they’ll hand you at the counter — no matter how “creative” their excuses get.

1 sauce for a 10ct nugget o combo meal??? Even stingy with ketchup as if it comes out your paycheck! Ridiculous, that’s why Chick Fil a is better.
