McDonald's Menu Prices at 6415 Ramsey Street ★3.4 (1717)

20 minutes to get a order of fries, they were good when i got them, maybe i should do drive thru, they focus on all those orders, stood by counter for almost 10 minutes not one person asked me what i needed. they wont care about this review either, will have to reach out to corporate. bad thing is i enjoy my fries, gonna have to find a replacement, oh well

ordered @ drive thru, paid @ first window, went to the 2nd window to pick up. waited more than 15- 20 minutes. not sure why they kept asking what I ordered like twice. we can see people in there just standing having a conversation like we’re not waiting for our food. not sure what kind of service theyre doing. not sure if they’re there to work or socialize. for the amount of time we’ve been waiting @ the window, I thought they would get my burger right. It’s just a burger and fries. It’s a small simple order. but it’s wrong & it cold for some reason. & too much season in the fries. this was around 1:00 AM . Sad.

I went through the drive-thru to get a chocolate sundae. When I got to the window I felt like the chocolate sundae did not even fill the cup the way it should and I refused to pay for it. They solved the problem by putting my ice cream in the old traditional Sunday cup with a lid. So I don't know if I got more ice cream or less but it was certainly overpriced. In my opinion. I won't buy any more Sundays from McDonald

What has changed with the service at McDonald’s? It used to be drive-through order pay pick up. Now order pay and sit in the parking lot for 10 minutes. Used to be fast food. The process is the same. The foods the same. The service sucks. The whole process sucks.

Drive through worker was short with us and a bit impatient, but I understand fast food work is frustrating and the worker wasn't rude, just had not the best tone. However, I ordered a large mocha frappe and was given a small in a large cup. I haven't consumed any of this drink. It came to me well under filled like in the picture. I didn't have time to go inside and make them correct it because I was already running late, but this type of thing should be corrected by management. I didn't buy a small in a large cup. I bought a large and was given a small in a large cup instead.
