Went through drive thru about 4pm. Felt rushed by the person taking the order which I don't really mind, it's a teenager 🤷‍♀️. My food was a disappointment to say the least though. Ordered a Bacon hot honey sandwich received a bun, chicken, mayo and bbq.... no jalapeño or anything. Yummy....

Usually it's good we get mocha or caramel coffee, you know with milk whipped cream, or frappes. Today was the worst. New person taking orders thru the drive thru? I ordered a large mocha coffee, hot since sometimes they ask hot or cold, it rang up $3.99, i then ordered a large caramel coffee. Sat waited it did not appear in the screen, she asked what was that? Large caramel coffee hot. Get to the window it still hasn't rung up, told her it didn't show up in the screen. She took my card, no idea the amount , drove to PU window, I see a large coffee sitting on the counter, they are just making the mocha coffee. She hands me the mocha one, then the "caramel" coffee. She asks did I want creamer sugar in the caramel coffee? Uh ya that's how they come with whip cream. She informs me when you order a caramel coffee it's black coffee with one squirt of caramel.id I wanted it sweeter ask for 4 pumps of caramel. Never had this issue before. So I get home look up the menu, and it now shows caramel mocha which I prefer but anytime I ordered it, I would either just get a caramel coffee or mocha with all the milk creamer whip cream. And his mocha coffee was not full and my "caramel" coffee was tepid, barely Luke warm. Don't think I will order coffee here again. We happen to be in Polson, we live 45 min away, so we're looking forward to a good coffee...very disappointed

I am sick and tired of how sloppy the employees slap together the food, the burgers look like they tried to deal cards using the burger, theyve fed my pregnant wife raw chicken nuggets, have used stale buns on multiple accounts, and burnt the meat on my burgers multiple times. Theres absolutely no consistency on how the prepare their food besides the sideways burgers. And tonight I pulled my burger out and it just about fell out of the wrapper from their poor job of wrapping it, they basically just crunched the wrapper around it and called it a day

This is the second time I dealt with rude employees. They have really poor attitudes. I picked up a door dash order this evening around 4:30 nov 11th and asked about the drink, she rudely said, "its in the bag if its sealed." OK we'll I wasnt sure since I just starting dashing but no need to give me a rude response. Another occasion it was one of the female managers that talked to me rudely when I went into the store. There shouldn't be any kind of this behavior. I get it that people have rough days but shouldn't be speaking to customers like that.

Worst mc Donald’s ever. Our quarter pounder was raw not like a little pink. It was barely cooked. My Dr Pepper was just soda water with no flavoring. And didn’t get our nuggets ether. Terrible service and were rude. Never got any straws with 4 drinks. This is terrible for a million dollar company
