I go to McDonald’s religiously because it’s right around the corner and on my way to work—it’s usually the only thing open. I’ve encountered a lot of different workers, but tonight the same person took my order, made my food, and still made it to the window with a smile, all in a timely manner so I could grab my food and make it to work on time. I believe her name is China, and I just want to say that if she’s ever having a bad day, I would never know because, her customer service is always amazing! They messed up my order somewhat but were quick to fix it. Sarah was really sweet and quickly fixed my McDouble that wasn't supposed to have cheese on it after helping her customer first which is good, always take care of your current customer before helping anyone else and I wasn't in a rush. I've worked fast food before so I understand. Still, it was very sweet and I'm very grateful to this McDonald's and it's staff unlike other McDonald's I've eaten at. They earned this five star review.

Went into this McDonald's for the first time about 11:10 a.m. got two double cheeseburgers. I have to say these burgers were similar to commercial looking burgers well put together looked really nice and tasted amazing rare for a McDonald's so I really appreciate it thank you.

We just got burgers tonight for my family, and the ketchup smelled and tasted very spicy. It tasted like jalapeños. I’m not sure what’s going on but McDonald’s needs to get onto it. I think the hot honey must’ve got into the ketchup. My kid couldn’t even eat it. Very very disappointed

placed a mobile order at about 10:20 something, drove over to pick it up, then i got told i couldn’t pick up my order and had to pay a second time? the ladies over the speaker were insanely rude and unhelpful, and i’ve honestly never had a good experience with anyone here. i’ve heard from multiple people that a worker has spit in someone’s food. don’t go here unless you want to waste your time and be glared at by the rude middle aged women that work there. i would rate the food 2 stars but i didn’t get mine so i guess i cant!
