McDonald's Menu Prices at 1820 N Main ★3.4 (1557)

Ordered a chicken sandwich which it was mostly gristle. Most the time when I order inside, it slow receiving my food. This place has the worse bathroom. You have to stand over the toilet to open and close the door, sitting on the toilet you'll have the toilet paper rolled pressed in your shoulder and they don't provide paper towels plus the faucet is Not maintained correctly to work properly. Also they won't refill the sanitizer boxes. They've been out for at least 6 months or more. Also I miss the help yourself soda fountain machine. Now when you ask for a refill, they ring it up and gives you a free refill with another cup which supports more waste in the world. They need to provide a recycling trash can to help keep trash out of the landfill.

Today (12/21/25) I went to McDonald's at around 1:20pm. I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches, a med fry, and a lg drink. I was given my drink at the window and told to go to one of the drive thru stalls to wait for the rest of my order. I got my food a few mins later and drove home. I live 2 miles from McDonald's max. I got home to enjoy my food and my FRIES WERE COLD. Only one sandwich was above room temperature. The other sandwich was lukewarm. I've lived in the area for 3 years and consistently get bad service at this location. Over the last 3 years I have gotten one apple pie that was warm, the rest have been cold. One time I had to wait in the drive thru 30 mins from the time I ordered my food to the time I received it. The employees always under-fill the drinks. They consistently fill them just past 3/4 full. Over the last 2 weeks, I've eaten at four other locations and my food was good, hot, and ready quickly. I don't know who is to blame for the consistent bad service at the Mountain Grove location. However, for it to continue for years on end, it has to be management.

Peak Mickey D’s. We drove through on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and our food was ready SO fast. It was all perfectly hot, and fresh. We got exactly what we ordered and it was perfect. The ONLY thing we wished we had asked for was extra picante sauce because we ordered 4 breakfast burritos but only got one sauce. Otherwise, fantastic.

The workers were friendly, but they were unable to give us the drinks we ordered due to their cleaning the espresso machine. That was poor planning on their part. Further, the floor and bathroom were a mess. I was not impressed at all.

I’m 60 years old, & have gone to McDonald’s all my life. On 10-23-25 at about 815pm was the worse experience of my life. After starting out in the drive thru with no movement for about 5 minutes, we decided to ditch the line & go inside. There are 4 of us. We enter inside and wait another 5 minutes at an empty counter before a girl finally takes mercy on us and grudgingly takes our order. We order. We now go sit down with our receipt and discuss how odd we didn’t get our drinks, or that there is no drink station at this McDonald’s. It’s not a McDonald’s inside a gas station, it’s a stand on it’s own McDonald’s. Still Not really a deal breaker. As we are sitting there waiting on our meal there’s two boys on a both across from us that’s trying to disrupt us and another couple in another booth. He’s being totally belligerent and just trying to disrupt patroons. One person at a booth appeared to be a McDonald’s employee on her break. Anyway, we waited out the storm until this Rude, Stoned individual & his buddy finally got up and left. After 12 minutes from ordering our number was finally called. Of course our order wasn’t correct. My Granddaughter had ordered a $5 meal which was supposed to come with chicken nuggets. After eating inside for awhile my granddaughter remembered that she was supposed to get chickens with that, which it said right on the receipt listed the chicken nuggets. As we went back up to get our missing food we had to wait as a boy at the counter was telling a girl employee some long dragged out story before we could get our missing food items. As we are done eating my and I go out and the 2 young adults go back to The counter to get a refill for our hour drive home. The rest is just what my Granddaughter told us. They took their existing ups up there. People in line saw them and let them scoot past them for the refills. The girl at the counter 1. Wanted to charge them for the refills. 2. Told them they couldn’t have a large do the game pieces, only a medium. 3. Needed a managers thumb print to get a refill! They were just trying to get a drink in the same damn cup and get out the door. Me & my wife now have pulled by the door waiting for them to come out. It’s taking forever, and we think that one of them needed a bathroom break. About 12 minutes later they come out EMPTY HANDED. She said the girl finally took there cups and disappeared. She said they waited that long because they didn’t want to Just leave if they actually were making the drinks. They finally decided to give up & just leave. The whole experience was a complete zero. I don’t think I’ve ever really felt uncomfortable in a McDonald’s, and yes I could of found a manager about the unruly patron inside, but we also had to exit the building, & I thought it wasn’t worth it. We out waited this fool. The lack of speed & purpose at this location is a total joke, starting from the drive thru line all The way to the service inside. The drink refill Fiasco was just icing on the cake. Hey, Covid is over. Service like this is unacceptable. Either step up Or get out of the game. Zero stars out of 10!!
