Literally always disappointed. The customer service is hit and miss. It really depends on who's working. The mangers take know personal responsibility and blame their employees. They even go so far as to shot out them when they're overwhelmed. Apparently 10 customers is REALLY busy. Orders are constantly incorrect and/or take anywhere from 30-45min. Even if it's just an order of fries and 2 ice cream cone. (Notice the specificity) This particular visit though took the cake for me. A mother of two was in the play place with her kids. One or both of the kids threw up on the floor. The mother made no attempt to clean it up. She just let a worker know in passing and then left. (So... This is a slant at poor parenting as well.) The puke sat there on the floor for 30 minutes after I went and made sure someone knew about it. 10/10 would not recommend.

Ive gotten food poisoning this place is horrible, not clean whatsoever, horrible unfriendly not helpful staff. Just downright horrible. To elaborate, I've gotten food poisoning here during 2 different pregnancies. Over the span of 7 years I keep going back every now and then hoping management and the food has gotten better, it never does. Between not cleaning, not getting the order right, not being friendly or presentable, idk which to complain about the most. The lobby is never clean, the drink station is the worst I've ever seen, the staff looks like nobody wants to be there or help any customer, they're not presentable as someone who is working in food service and customer service should be. Some dont wear gloves to handle food. I have contacted management but seems like they also dont care. I guess when people will come to your store either way and you're making a ton of money it doesnt sway you enough to care to fix the uncleanliness. Unfortunate. I won't give this place a chance anymore. Id rather run into thriftway and grab snacks for my kids than to see them eat garbage they could potentially get food poisoning from.

Don't bother unless you have so much time to spend that you might as well have went to a sit down restraunt. Dinnertime (530pm). Empty drive through. Pulled my order for only a couple sandwiches as well as the three cars that showed up behind. Over 15 mins from my order being taken, guess I'm hungry today and out some cash since I've gotta head to work. Just sad.

They have the sweetest lady working the drive-through most mornings — she’s genuinely kind and always makes the experience better. Unfortunately, aside from her, the customer service has mostly been disappointing. When I take my kids to the play place, the tables are almost never clean. More than half the time I go through the drive-through, something is missing or incorrect with my order. When I’ve ordered inside and chosen “table service” (since I was in the play area with my kids), they still yell your name from the counter instead of bringing it out — which kind of defeats the purpose when you’re not supposed to leave your kids unattended. One of the staff members has also been noticeably rude to my friends for placing curbside orders. It’s the only fast-food place nearby, so it’s convenient, but most of the time the experience just isn’t worth it.

Last couple weeks we have been here service is terrible food even worse.. today the old lady at drive thru was so mad we asked for ketchup even sighed really loud the basically threw them at my son they landed all over the ground and only one in his hand then she slammed the window.. completely uncalled for to treat anyone this way but especially a child
