McDonald's Menu Prices at 1200 Emanuel Cleaver Ii Blvd. ★3 (2756)

I places my order before 10:30, arrived before 10:30, and there was a line in the drive through. I got to the mic at 10:33 and told they cant complete my order because it’s past 10:30. How is it my fault I had to wait in line that long? They didnt offer me anything at all as a consolation, not even offer to take a lunch order, and no one answers after many attempts to call. I dont think its fair and I shouldn’t be denied my order if I was able to place it in the app and showed up 2 minutes after.

Lines are ALWAYS long....waited almost 20 minutes for an order of fries. Worst McDonalds!!!!!! Ordered a Double Bacon Quarter Pounder..... NO Bacon!!!! Wasn't given the plain McDouble I ordered; was also missing happy meal toy. Ordered TWO McRibs neither were edible, buns were rock hard and McRibs were rubbery. Unbelievable for the amount of money you pay for fast food. Waited about 20 minutes in the drive thru for my order, 11 cars went through and left with their food while I was waiting at the 3rd window.

On the morning of March 17, 2025 I visited to get an Egg McMuffin and large decaf coffee. The Black woman with colored hair told me “We don’t put equal in the coffee” and tossed the equal packets on the counter. Then she gave me a medium coffee. When I returned home I was not a bit surprised to see she had given me a sausage McMuffin, not an egg McMuffin. I’ve been going to this McDonald’s after the gym to get some carbs since February. This is the first time someone goes out of their way to tell me they don’t put equal into the coffee. (But they put the cream in the coffee?? Make it make sense, Jan.) This review is mainly about the employee with colored hair who works I think Monday - Wednesday morning. She also put sugar in my coffee last week. Anyway great food just don’t put a lot of faith in the colored-haired woman. She seems a bit pressed and stressed at her job.

Went through the drive-thru the person on the speaker sounded bored out of their mind like she didn't want to be there. Pull around to the window was greeted with attitude. Got to the second window checked to make sure my order was correct it was missing the sauce. I asked for the sauce she told me it would be 28 cents for extra sauce I told her I don't even have the one for my chicken nuggets wound up having to take everything out of the bag to show her I did not have sauce. She was also very rude

Daniel Trevino needs to be assessed and repositioned. He's unfit to lead a team and the service is lacking. I went in, paid for my food and was delivered my food. I like to chit chat with staff and make friends so I was doing that, and the old lady behind the counter Irma took my food and with a smart ass lil smirk goes "you need to pay or no food." I thought i had paid already so I thought it was a joke and was laughing along with it. Then she never gave it back. I asked for management and instead of anyone telling me there was a mistake they're just escalating things, Daniel the worst of all. It took for me to start raising my voice before people started listening. Daniel says he was going to ban me from the store, and continuing to escalate when the problem from the start was that my tap to pay attempted with the wrong card. When someone finally told me what was up I fixed it in 3 seconds and they still wouldn't give me fresh food, instead choosing to act like they don't speak English while laughing and smiling at Daniel. I'm not surprised when looking at the type of people we're talking about here, but cmon do better.
