McDonald's Menu Prices at 203 Norfleet Dr ★3.2 (1106)

The Senatobia McDonalds shorted me a burrito and hashbrowns in the drive thru this morning. I notified the window staff immediately and they told me to pull forward and they’d send a manager. The “manager” was verbally combative and extremely rude. He told me - WHILE HOLDING MY RECEIPT - that I only paid for one burrito. But I could pay “again” if I wanted a second burrito…..that just because I ordered it didn’t mean that I paid for it. He REFUSED to give me the second burrito that I’d already paid for. I offered to show them what was in the bag. They refused to even look. He simply glanced at the receipt and said I only paid for one anyway but he would “give” me the other hashbrown. 📍#senatobiamississippi #rude

Long story short, put in an online order and had extra onions on a burger and two 10 piece nuggets along with a few other things. Get home and there’s one 10 piece in a 10 piece box and there’s a four piece box and a 6 piece box. I assumed it was the other 10 piece. Opened up the 4 piece box and my extra onions were thrown in the 4 piece box and I had 6 nuggets in the 6 piece box. Completely and utterly ridiculous. Something seriously needs to be fixed in this place.

Ordered through the app, which worked very well when I tried it in NC, not here in Mississippi. I was able to apply App coupon/discount easily. I ended up having to go inside, where there wasn't a single customer, to ask where my order was, after I waited over half an hour, AFTER giving my app order code. I ordered a 40-piece McNugget. The first 20-piece box contained 18 nuggets. The second 20-piece box had only 16-- IF you count the little meatless crumb that was in the bottom of the box. It made feel like I was getting end-of-the-day leftovers!! When I called the store back when I got home, I was challenged that "maybe I had eaten a few on the way home, and had forgotten 😨 They would not provide more, or apply any discount -- or even a coupon for future purchases!! They were cooked properly, not overdone, and were piping hot when I finally got the bag. Overall -- not well done, McD's 😔

TL;DR: Eat somewhere else. Note: as of 8/27/2022 cards are not being accepted and the kiosk is down. This means you can only pay by cash or app for now. They were fairly rude to customers as well when they asked about it. Including an employee in a somewhat threatening tone asking a rude customer "you got a problem?" And followed him outaide at the customers provocation. Overall, the staff was not friendly and the store was not clean on our visit. This is a concern on multiple levels. No soap or hand sanitizer in the men's restroom at 9:20 AM. Bathroom floor was somewhat stick despite a wet floor sign. I can only imagine either the sign is just left up, or a large group of people had just used the bathroom as the floor was only wet with urine around the urinals. A soap container had been removed from the dispenser and squeezed dry before being left on the counter by the sink (not touch less). Frappe machine was not working. We redeemed points for the purchase and were told there was nothing they could do outside of giving us a different drink. I could see multipy flies swarming in the kitchen, I don't know if this is normal or just a sudden issue. A Door Dash person was waiting for a while on an order that was sitting on the counter. She repeatedly said she was there for the Door Dash order and was mostly ignored. Once our food was ready, it also sat on the counter until we noticed it. Also our order was wrong. We got an extra cup that no one ordered, and one of the sandwiches was fixed incorrectly. The food was partially out of packaging in the bag as if it was thrown in there in a rush. It wasn't super busy, but they seemed completely disorganized. The drink station didn't look super clean, but did look like someone at least tried to clean it unlike the tables. Tables had crumbs in them despite still being wet in places where it was "wiped down" although if you fail to remove larger debris I don't think it counts. The workers seem extremely stressed and the quality of service and food has suffered because of it. I don't know if this is an issue with this franchise, this area, or the corporation itself.

Couldn't even understand what there saying, kept asking what i ordered and had to tell them 3 times that I ordered the NUMBER 3 DOUBLE QUARTER POUNDER CHEESE MEAL AND ONLY FILLER THE FRIES HALF WAY UP, Learn to speak English and how to do the simplest things like FILLING THE FRIES ALL THE WAY UP!!!
