McDonald's Menu Prices at Detroit Metro Airport - DTW NORTH TERM ★2.1 (236)

No souse, no ingredients (lettuce, tomato etc), gave just meat with bun, they were making this order 1,5 hours. Service is 0. They started cleaning the tables where customers were eating, and cleaner was arguing with people. Tables are messy. About 10-15 people left without getting their orders. Won’t come again to McDonald’s.

Burgers messed up. Did a mobile order at the airport. 2 large fries, 20 piece nuggets, 2 McDoubles. They gave me 2 small fries, messed up the burgers, and shorted me nuggets, and despite using the app I had to wait behind people who came after me using the kiosk. Don’t go here, none of the app discounts apply including by generating points. $30 no discounts all of the order messed up- typical wiped stuff off the burger fashion.

Typical airport location with horrible service. Signs tell you to use the app, and as soon as you submit your order, it is deleted because the app and rewards are not accepted. Then the kiosks are asking for your rewards ID, then not accepting it. Employees moving at a snails pace with no urgency. Soda machine with no ice, waiting on fries, shake machine is out of chocolate syrup, waiting on chicken, and the list goes on. Just avoid this disaster and go somewhere else (not that anyone here cares...) For reference, I had time to take photos, post this review, and I am still more than 10 orders from being served.

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to, which is saying something. For a start, the kiosk did not work properly. It declined every card I had. I finally gave in and took the ticket to pay at counter, and per my usual McD's experience, there was nobody helping customers waiting at the counter. Another kiosk worked without issue. I notify a staff member that the kiosk is broken, and they say that it's a known issue but had no interest in fixing or at least posting a sign saying to use another kiosk. I had to make a sign myself just to help my fellow comrades. I'd have lived with this without writing a review, except my tenders were also a mess. One of three was completely inedible - rubbery and soggy. A second had a weird cutout in it. Only one of three was without issue.

I cannot believe this to even be possible. Ordered fish sandwich, 2 fries, chicken stripe and 2 soda. No cheese on sandwich [out] , no catsup for fries [out] , no soda [fountain not working] , other than chicken stripes tasting like jerky they were served as ordered.
