McDonald's Menu Prices at 5375 E Court St ★3.6 (1136)

Employees are insanely rude. The man working the drive through sounded like he was faded. The woman who gave me my food and took my card did not say a single word to me, the experience was just awkward. The food also tasted/looked different, as if my burger patties were not fully cooked, expired, or they had been tossed in the microwave. I will NOT be coming back to this location again and i advise you do not either. Waste of money and a waste of time.

If you love waiting, and cold food come here! placed a mobile order before I arrived, and had to wait over 15minutes for just cold food. I did end up calling in asking if the food was coming. Then received a nice "what food?" as they didn't know I was even there. With no other cars in the drive through they probably cleared off my order and forgot. Thank you for such a great waste of my time.

No one bothered to greet us even though there were not any customers in the restaurant. After waiting 15 minutes, I returned up to the front desk to see if I was supposed to pick up my food or if they were gonna bring it to me because we had one of the numbers that you take to your table. The woman said he probably forgot, I believe she was supposed to be in charge. She told the young man to make our order. He didn’t do mine correctly. When I told him that wasn’t correct he tried to tell me it was. After a while, the woman in charge came out to make sure everything was OK. She did ask if everything was OK that we did receive our food. It seemed as if there was person working while everybody else was pretty much not doing much of anything. The one older lady was doing her best with the team she has working for her.

Ordered a bacon, egg and cheese bagel meal, got home and on my first bite I knew something was off, opened up the sandwich and there is no egg. I tried calling the store back and keep getting the message that this number is not accepting messages and no one answers.

Holy moly, were those muffins were stale. I hate when I get a premade sandwich that’s been sitting out for a long time. I don’t know why I expect not to get one, but it would be nice to get a freshly made sandwich every now and then. Just saying, McDonald’s….
