McDonald's Menu Prices at 1260 Bridge St ★3.4 (1023)

I went through the drive-thru and ordered a burger. When he handed it to me I looked in the bag and it wasn't even wrapped. I said hey could you guys put your things together and wrap it up before you hand it to me next time because this is a mess. He apologized and I went home. When I got home I looked at the burger and I had to put it all together. And there was ketchup all over the outside of the bun, and dirt on the burger like it had been dropped on the floor. And the top bun also. They didn't even put it back together and just shoved it in a wrapper in the bag. I'm providing photos. I went back up there. I asked to speak to a manager, first thing that I was asked is if I speak Spanish. I said you can't sell things like this that were dropped on the floor. I will keep it and I will talk to the manager tomorrow. When I come back to show it to her. And I'm putting pictures on social media. This is unacceptable. Update, I went back the next day and two older women inspected the sandwich and agreed with me and gave me my money back. But I'm never going there again. Read all the reviews for up to the past 7 years. It's never going to change.

Absolutely awful in every single possible way. Not only was I charged over 7$ for a filet o fish sandwich but it had HALF a piece of cheese that was only HALF on the sandwich. It had 6x the required amount of tartar sauce on it. It was damn near not edible. We ordered a McChicken sandwich, the chicken patty was hard as a rock. We also ordered a new ranch chicken snack wrap, there was a ranch on one side in only one spot of the entire wrap. They asked us to move up to the third window and then served every car behind us the drive-thru was completely empty by the time we received our food ( super simple order stuff that should have already been ready) I asked for two sauces a barbecue and a ranch both sauces were not included in the bag I had to go back to the window to receive my sauces. Photos included below

Went by tonight and made a large order in the drive through, I paid and pulled up to the next window when I noticed they had the order incorrect (short 3 small fries) no big deal. Pulled up to the next window and asked if they could correct it. The manager comes over and says no they can’t correct it and I would have to go through the drive through again???? That’s the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard of and asked for a refund! They were flabbergasted that I didn’t want to go back around and wait all over again for 3 measly small fries! Meanwhile I had ordered 5 additional sandwiches, drinks and a milkshake! It all went back and I drove up to the Pelham NH store and received great service!

9am… kid at the second window looking like he just got high in the parking lot, tells me to pull up because my order isn’t ready (I got a sausage biscuit and a hashbrown) mind you he’s in a hoodie that’s not McDonald’s and has AirPods in. Proceeds to serve 5 more customers and I wait a good 8 minutes. Had to back up to the window and explain my order to the woman that was working because he couldn’t hear me. What is happening in food services? Not to mention how many times this kid touches his phone without gloves and touches your food. Disgusting.

This was the dirtiest McDonalds we have ever seen . Garbage cans were over flowing all tables were dirty . ( I had to clean a table off to be able to sit down . The floor by the soda machine was all sticky.
