McDonald's Menu Prices at 313 East Potomac Street ★3.4 (1267)

I thought I'd stop real quick to get a bite since I worked late...the drive-thru didn't look busy and I put my order in rather quickly, however when I rounded the corner I sat..and sat...and sat...moved up a spot and then sat...and sat...got to the window and was given my drink and then I sat...and sat...Lol it was comical at this point because the person that had originally been at the window was still pulled up from the window also waiting...a car in front of me had been moved to a numbered spot...all I could see where 2 young teens ..the girl was running the window and the front end register plus running orders outside...the boy was packing the orders as quickly as they could...I'd rate the 2 of them 5 stars! The boy brought my order out rather quickly after I pulled up to #1 spot and apologized stating he was having kitchens issues 😑 poor kids...they were swamped all of a sudden but I thought they did great!

Went there this evening to pick up a mobile order. Somehow, the order was not showing up and despite me still being able to provide a receipt and an order number, the manager on duty with rotten teeth and an equally rotten demeanor, told me they could not provide me with the order since it wasn't showing up in their system. We're talking about an eight dollar order mind you and she was acting like it was her own money. If I only would show my purchase history from the app to show how many purchases and revenue I have contributed to for this location. This "manager" was dismissive and indifferent and then walked away and ignored me the remainder of the time. How does one become a manager being so rude and uncaring with lacking fundamental communication and conflict resolution skills? While this was occurring, other customers were being treated poorly and ignored. Then this "manager" begins loudly yelling obscenities about me and the other customers who were complaining, while she was throwing and kicking things. Throwing a real live temper tantrum in front of everyone. I called a corporate number where I was pushed aside further and told they would have someone call me back urgently. Of course, that hasn't happened but after leaving that message and sending emails on the corporate site, I low and behold get an email three hours later saying my order was "canceled" A simple technical error that has been exasperated by inadequate staff and leadership. And McDonalds workers wonder why they get a bad reputation, it's because of encounters like this evening. Yes, customers and food service are demanding but you're in the customer service business first and foremost. Attitude is everything.

During New Years break, I have eaten at this location at least 1x per day. The staff is extremely friendly, kind and gracious despite there is NO heat in the Lobby or kitchen area. It is currently 30 degrees outside and it feels warmer outside then inside McDonalds!!! The team never complains BUT is obviously in distress. I can only hope the owner is providing things such as foot warmers, body warmers etc to ease the pain of the cold in there. McDonalds- Please have this repaired ASAP- not just for your customers but for all the workers that are forced to work in sub-par conditions!

This mcdonalds had just get by workers. What that means is they are nothing to speak on or do anything memorable to give a great rating. They are rude to one a other and curse in the back. The manger that works there isn't the best she has a chip on her shoulder and very unapproachable. This is a place at best 2 stars. They have a long way in aeevicw, cleaning and not making this a teen spot for hook ups. ?,

Sat out in the curbside pickup for OVER 10 minutes AFTER the app stated that the food was ready. Ended up having to walk inside to see the food and drink sitting behind the counter. Why have curbside if the staff isn’t going to follow through!?!?
