I went to the drive thru where I had a BAD experience where I ordered a big Mac. I told the lady I wanted a big mac without onion and pickle. But to add extra cheese. When I received it it had no lettuce no sauce they made the big mac look like a mcdouble including with the extra bread. Explain to them 3 times how I wanted the big Mac with the extra cheese. And still looking like a mcdouble with the bread hanging from the bottom with no meat. I asked for the manager she told me she is the manager. And I told her do you know how to make a big mac, she told me she does and I told her apparently not because it looks like a mcdouble. Finally after the fourth try they did it right but with an attitude. they all spoke Spanish so their english wasn't so great I don't know if there was a language barrier but they need to learn how to make the meal for every customer correctly.

Convenient fast-food stop near Shady Grove Metro and highways—quick for breakfast, coffee, or a burger on the go. Drive-thru usually moves fast (even when busy in mornings), open early to late, with kiosks, delivery, and standard menu items that hit the spot when fresh. The good: Remodeled inside with modern kiosks, clean-ish vibes most times, friendly staff on good days who fix issues quickly, and solid basics like hot coffee (mocha caramel gets shoutouts), nuggets, and fries. Drive-thru efficiency stands out, and it’s a reliable affordable option in the area. The not-so-good: Inconsistent service—rude or slow staff sometimes, wrong orders, cold/lukewarm food, or items sitting too long (cheese not melting, stale fries). Cleanliness varies (bathrooms and floors get complaints), and rush hours can be chaotic with crowds and parking hassles. Reviews show a real mix: some call it one of the better McD’s, others say it’s the worst with attitude and quality slips.

Had dinner on a busy Saturday. My food was hot and fresh. The place was very clean. And the staff was super friendly. Easily one of the best McDonalds experiences I’ve had in years.

Stopped by to grab some food with the family. Not only did my son get the wrong amount of chicken nuggets, which wasn't the issue. We go to sit down to eat and we're missing almost half of our order. So we go to the counter, receipt in hand and the manger on duty at 5 pm proceed to call my husband a liar. We clearly were still missing items, she could have easily walked over to our table to check. She was very rude and nasty. Not only did they mess up our order, but several customers orders. Which she proceed catching an attitude with them as well. As we were sitting at the table, she walked into the restroom with a bag of food in her hand.

Bad value compared to the Mcdonald’s only two minutes away on Frederick Road. This mcdonald’s has higher prices, charges for sauce, and overall lower food quality every time i’ve been. Edit: just checked, this mcdonald’s is literally 25% more expensive than the other mcdonalds down the road. Embarrassing. Egg McMuffin at Crabbs Branch Mcdonald’s : $4.99 !!! At the frederick road McDonald’s (literally next block away): $3.79
