McDonald's Menu Prices at 2220 S Sherwood Forest Blvd ★3.3 (1163)

Do not doordash or order delivery from this location. Everytime I do, something is always wrong with the order to the point where I have had my delivery driver open the bag just to make sure that its correct food wise. Then if the food is correct the drinks are wrong which obviously the driver cant tell. morning shift workers just trying to get you in and out and are just there for a check really. Frappes ordered come with half chipped ice and half coffee not fully blended. Even in the drive through and not using delivery, i usually get pulled forward because I check my bag before pulling off and there always something missing/wrong with the order. Very clear they only care about their times in the drive thru rather than customer service experience

This is the second time I've visited McDonald's for breakfast within the past two weeks. I went to a different location than last time. This time I purchased a breakfast sandwich combo with a medium cappuccino. My cup was half full just like my oatmeal cup. I'm not sure why I'm paying full price for a half a cup, especially when there's no froth. I guess I need to hold off with going to McDonald's for a while.

Stopped for a quick bite while traveling from Texas to Florida. Upon entering, the floors were disgusting like they had been mopped with old dirty water and the bathrooms were a mess! If it was just me, I would have turned around and found a different place, but I had 2 hungry kiddos with me who were already road weary. To start, we were the only ones inside and it took 15 minutes to get the food. I figured since we got there early, at least our food would be fresh, as “fresh” as you can get at McDonald’s. Wrong! Can someone explain how fries are cold at 10:55 am?! The serving counter was gross, all the fries were dumped in the bag upside down and the hamburger was thrown together with the sauce all over the bun. I don’t expect a lot from McDonald’s. We all know going in it’s mediocre. I just expect the service to be better, the restaurant to be clean, napkins in the bag and for my fries to be hot, especially right when the lunch service starts! The entire area around this establishment is subpar in general. People begging for money on the corner and others walking with shopping carts across the street. Next time I make this trip, I’ll know better to choose a different place.

Shrinkflation and inflation. Double cheeseburger worth $2? (And that's WITH a discount) Hmm: No. McChicken worth $2? (With the discount) I'd say yes but I'm partial to McChickens

The worst experience at a McDonald's. I ordered my food to stay in, and they gave me a takeout order. The waitress threw my food on the table and gave me a dirty look. Then I noticed they forgot to put the sauce on it, and I told her. She threw it on the counter and walked away. Horrible service. If you're going to McDonald's, don't go there.
