McDonald's Menu Prices at 200 Frankfort Road ★3.5 (1644)

Decided to try the Big Arch, well we were served this burger raw. And we didnt notice til halfway through. Edit: Began to try and call into the store at exactly 11PM. Line Busy. Its now almost 11:30 and it is still busy.

Ordered breakfast this morning asked for a lemonade. What I got was weak lemon flavored water. Tried to call them over 15 times over an hour phone busy probably off the hook On purpose. Will update when I get a hold of management sure they will offer a replacement, but people are paying more than average for women flavored water very weak very disappointed. They should’ve stuck with Minute Maid!

MOTHERS BEWARE!!! DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS! Literally the worst mcdonald's I've ever been to. Had an issue with an online order I placed and nobody would help me. Had to explain the issue to 3 different people, including the manager, who laughed at me. Absolutely disgusting behavior. Left in tears with no food (that I had paid for as I'd proven by showing my order in the app) with 2 kids under 2 years old. Zero compassion and zero customer service skills. Wrote corporate who was not helpful either. Kept saying the issue had to be dealt with at the store even though the issue was with the manager, who was well aware of what happened and couldnt care less. So nobody did anything. What a joke. It's been a year and I'll still never go back. Even if I'm right next to it, I'll drive to the other exit because that store doesn't deserve anyone's business, especially mothers.

I came in this past Saturday, and the workers was rude. They messed up my order 3 times and the manager was rude when I was trying to fix my order. She then proceeded to yell at the kid that was helping me, I wasnt mad at the kid I was more mad at the fact my food was wrong that many times. I try my best to not come to this location but it's on the way home so I sometimes stop here. They never get it right. Some of the staff is rude and seem frustrated when you try to talk to them. Some of the workers are distracted talking to friends instead of working, and the atmosphere is just all together bad. I'd treat my staff better try to teach your staff how to talk to customers cause it's ridiculous how angry and snotty the staff gets when there's a problem.

Anytime to go to this McDonald's, plan on a 10-15 minute wait regardless of how much/little food you order and regardless of time of day. We've complained multiple times and no change. Quicker to run across town to get food than wait at this one
