McDonald's Menu Prices at 402 Femingsburg Rd ★3.7 (1182)

We go to this McDonald's a lot. Today I went with my sister. We did a mobile order as usual. When we got to the window for pickup she asked the guy working for a drink carrier. He tried to just give her one and insist she put the drinks in herself. She asked if he could please put the drinks in the carrier as he had not handed them out to us yet. He then asked her to pull forward due to my chicken was cooking. She politely declined. A minute later a lady came and said that if she was asked to pull then she had better do it next time because she was on a timer and if she didn't her refund would be thrown at her. And then she threw the bags of food out of the window into the vehicle!!! She then slammed the window so hard it came back open itself. My sister asked for the manager and the woman screamed she was the manager. So she asked her name as she didn't have on a name badge. The lady just slammed the window. She said that's fine I can wait here until I get your name. So she finally came back and screamed it's Makayla! And to try to complain because it wouldn't matter. She did have on a black manager shirt and lots of colorful tattoos. The food we were waiting to supposedly be cooked was in fact all old and cold, including the crispy chicken! (it was barely warm and the breading was soggy.)They large fry wasn't even close to being full and the burgers were old, dry and had hard edges. Hands down the worst experience I've ever had there and I was just the witness in the passenger seat.

Let me tell you.. this McDonald's is the BEST McDonald's by far that I have EVER been too. Great service wonderful people. There is a gentleman there by the name of Kenny most wonderful person I've ever talked to her goes way above and beyond for his customers. This young man is gonna go far in life. Keep it up you guys. You're doing great things. ALWAYS have my service.

Really good breakfast. I particularly love the rounded egg on my biscuit with bacon and cheese. And they even refilled my coffee for free. I believe this is the cleanest McDonald's I've ever dined in. It's my new favorite. Excellent experience! 👍

Rude, rude drive through service. Hubby and I had a trailer hooked to our truck and was asked to pull into a reserved spot. We explained to the male guy working drive through whom was completely understanding. Then a young dark haired girl came out proceeded to get rude and argumentative over the stupid timer. Your timer is NOT my problem nor is it my problem I can’t fit in said spot. Timers should not be an issue and your workers should not be outside trying to argue with paying customers.

Food taste hot and ready even tho they disregarded what I said on how I wanted my order to be. I told them I wanted 2 plain cheeseburgers with no buns jus the meat & cheese only and I told them its 4 my dog, thinking they might get it but nope they didnt but was willing to remake 2 cheeseburgers without the buns and they were willing to let me keep the other 2 cheeseburgers with buns
