McDonald's Menu Prices at 1845 Georgetown Road ★2.8 (637)

Went through the drive thru...Speaker was way toooo loud in combination with the girl taking orders. Felt like I was being screamed at. No greeting, just "can I help you?" in a tone that most would consider to be rude, put out, bothered. I pull to pay, not sure what window to go to because there was 3, still no greeting, just gives me my total, runs my card then hands out back with receipt. No additional instructions, so I pull to the 2nd window, young man opens the window, hands me my drink, I said thank you, he says nothing and shuts the window. I sat there cause again no instructions, do I stay here, pull to window #3 or what....So I waited about 4 minutes or so, same young man opens window, hands me my food, I said thank you and he mumbled something resembling you're welcome. My sandwich was jot but fries had been under the warmer.... I noticed it is part of the McTribe group of McDonald's, and I've had similar experiences at one in Georgetown, so sadly not surprised. But it seems like people, some, not all, just have no desire to be at work, or maybe they are not appreciating the fact they have a job. McDonald's McTribe group can do better.

This McDonald’s has to be the worst I’ve ever been in, the drive-through was only six or seven cars deep so I went inside. It took five minutes before they took my order after staring at me multiple times they took my order and as I waited for the next five minutes for it to be placed at the pick up counter never announced my number and I watched eight customers come in whose orders were incorrect. One customer returned three times is it that difficult? Are these people not capable of doing their jobs? Where is management? This is awful. I will never come back to this location ever!

Its McDonald's food but its at least hot and fresh over cold and stale. Melissa is super friendly. Honestly I travel for work and we end up in a lot of places. This is by far the best I've seen. Corporate should take their actions and make it the gold standard for all.

Utter incompetence across the board. The order takers were busy having conversations with coworkers instead of taking orders. Got my order wrong twice. 5 minute extra wait each time while they got it wrong again. And again. Last straw was begging the girl at the window to simply put ketchup in the bag. As she walked away from the spot where I had to wait I kept shouting please wait there’s no ketchup. She never bothered to look. Told me to wait another 5 minutes. I just took my order in and dropped it on the counter and left. $12 wasted along with my $18 scheduled uber pickup canceling because McDonald’s can’t get it right. Never again will I visit this place.

When you request extra breakfast sauce and get the above Pic, something is very wrong. This isn't unique to this location BUT this one in particular there is ALWAYS something messed up. McDs food gone to crap now anyway so no loss but how do you see Xtra brkfst sauce on ticket and not even put the NORMAL amt.........🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️
