McDonald's Menu Prices at 932 S Lincoln Blvd ★3.5 (1117)

Tonight I went to order Oreo McFlurry, Moca, and a milkshake and couple of cookies the app wasn’t working so my mother went in to give them the order number and they claimed the machine was broken however a manager came up and told us it wasn’t broken and apologized for the inconvenience. and then made our stuff for us which appreciate the manager for doing so however I don’t appreciate being lied to begin with and on top of that the milkshake is disgusting it taste like there’s multiple different flavors in one when I ordered just a chocolate shake very disappointed that I had to Toss it out because no one wanted to drink it 🤮

If you know me you know that I normally do not post things like this… Nicholas Kabalen just got home from mowing after work tonight (10:00PM) so he picked up McDonalds for dinner at the one in Hodgenville. We are sitting here eating, half way done with our meal and I reach to grab a fry and see this HUGE bug. It immediately made me sick. Guess that’s a sign I should eat healthier now. 😂 Nick called the McDonalds, to politely ask for a refund since we did a mobile order, and the “manager” told us to bring in the food with the bug in it, that was the only way we could get a refund. I called the McDonalds back and asked for a manager, again politely, and he says “Uhhh yeah you’re speakin to one!!!” Well it sure didn’t sound like it. He told me again, the only way to get a refund was to bring in the food that had the bug. He said it was hard to believe that there was a bug in my fries. Well, here it is and I hope he sees this! He was quite literally the rudest person I have ever interacted with. I told him there was no way I was driving all the way there to show him this bug at 10:00 at night. He told me I could come in the morning instead! Needless to say I would never go to this McDonalds in Hodgenville.

Took over a half hour just to get through the drive thru and when my family got our food it was wrong, causing us to have to wait even longer. Find another option if you want something that's actually fast.

EDIT: Kristen Hornberger of Mcdonalds emailed me and was incredible. My complaint was addressed and she was nothing but amazing. Review is being updated because, Mcdonalds, you need to keep people like her. 10/10. Just waited 25 minutes for a 3 item order, then hung up on when I (politely) asked for a refund after needing to leave.

Got a hair in my biscuit gravy this morning. Service is usually good here but food is hit and miss. Hair in food is totally unacceptable. Don't know if or when I'll be back
