McDonald's Menu Prices at 310 Versailles Rd ★3.3 (1727)

Most of the burgers I get are undercooked. They didn't bother to include all the toppings on my Arch Burger, which was disappointing. I've tried asking for meals remade before and they refused because I didn't have a receipt, which was because they didn't give me one. The one time a manger tried to "make it right" and "take care of me" she remade it and only gave me half the stuff.

I saw someone eating a filet o fish and I thought it would be nice to have one too. I was told at the checkout that I could buy 2 filet o fish for $6. Apparently, they are preparing filet o fish in advance due to the special price. I did not enjoy the filet o fish because they seemed to be overcooked or reheated. I'm not sure. If I order the filet o fish again during the special promotional price I will try to remember to ask if they could make mine fresh while I wait unless they are just coming out of the deep fryer?

This is only my 2nd time at this location because their drive thru is always packed. I found it tonight why is always packed. They are so disorganized in there. I was placing my order through the app and decided to pickup at the counter instead of the drive thru. When I got inside there were a ton of people in there too. I looked up at the screen for counter orders and it was blank. First read flag. They are bumping orders to out the door to keep their numbers good. In doing so they lost my order. After sitting patiently for about 20 minutes I asked about the status of my order and a minute or so later I get a bag thrown at me with a rude "Have a good night". Looking in the bag I noticed it wasn't my order and I had to get someone's attention again to get the right order. When I called them out on bumping orders too early the manager on-duty lied to me saying that mobile orders go to the doordash screen. I know that she lied because for one, I've ordered through the app plenty of times to know which screen it goes too. Second, without hitting any buttons on the doordash screen they picked up the receipt for my order from behind some bags. Then the manager on-duty scolded an employee in front of customers about bumping orders to soon. I don't blame the employee because I know that's the way she was trained. I've seen it happen at multiple locations in multiple states. The staff at this location, especially the manager on-duty, needs some immediate remedial training. I also think corporate needs to start auditing out the door times because they're higher than what the numbers say. Maybe it's time to bring back secret shoppers. I've never worked at McDonald's a day in my life and I could run this store 1000 times better.

Always clean inside. They get busy but have never made a mistake so far and get customers thru quickly! They know how to mix their coffee too, not all locations do so this is nice. Employees are always friendly and communicative. Food always seems fresh and well made. My go to Mcdonalds location!

This is the worst and most unprofessional experience I've had at a resturant. We paid and got to the next window, and we're told to pull forward. It then took twelve minutes for anyone to come out and talk to us. They had completely misplaced our order. They asked for the receipt and had to remake it. That took another five minutes. They then got the order completely wrong. I went in and tried to talk to somebody and was completely ignored. I tried to call, and no one answered. The mailbox was completely full. I will not be returning to this location.
