Every time I go to the McDonald’s and get a chocolate shake it is practically white. I have to mix it myself every time and even when I do its still white and hardly taste like chocolate. I give them many chances and it’s the same every time which is astonishing honestly.I feel bad to ask to remake it but even when I mention the mixing they never fix my shake. We work hard for our money and when we buy something and it’s not as promised it ruins my day

We wanted 3 orders of the meal deal they offered that was a bogo that we still had to pay 1$ for the 2nd, and they kept saying no egg for some reason, and we told them to have egg, so they didn't get the order right and they had no eggs, zero understanding was used, they need better trained employees

Went to the only fast food restaurant within an hour along my route in a big truck, got there and the lobby is closed. Big trucks can't use drive thru and I can't put a company card on the app because it automatically becomes the default payment method and is difficult to remove, and a nightmare to fix at work. Advanced warning would've been good, like on the sign out front that had no lettering at all.
