McDonald's Menu Prices at 20 E 4th St ★3.3 (1645)

Called due order was wrong and a person named Rashawn answered. She was screaming in the phone and said it is the dinner rush and she didn’t have time to talk on the phone and hung up on me. Yelling is impolite, if you were so busy why did you answer the phone and you failed to give me a chance to explain how the order was incorrect. Now Lacey is amazing! She stays busy, but shows compassion and you can tell she loves her job. This was how we received a burger. McDonalds can certainly do better.

The evening / night crew at this location are killing it! I will admit I have went a few nights in a row because they make those fries so fresh and so hot that you can't even touch them for a bit. I don't think I've ever had fries that fresh at any other location. The rest of the food is nicely put together and hot, as well. The staff is always super polite. There's a younger man with blonde hair and glasses that works the window and he is amazing with customer service!

Placed a mobile order around 10am arrived to the store at 10:15 and waited in line until 10:35. I gave them my code at the order screen and they told me to pull forward to the first window. I was then told because it was after 10:30am they were not going to be able to get me my food even though it was for an order placed well before 10:30. I asked what I was supposed to do since they charged me for food I wasn't going to get and they told me I would be refunded in the next few days and said if I wasn't going to place a new order with the lunch menu that they couldn't do anything else for me.

Good was child after waiting for ever to get it fries was cold and super nasty didn't even eat them big mac was child the cheese want even melted. My daughter didn't even eat her food very bad. One on 30th is amazing good hot fresh food

Where to begin... Longest wait you'll ever have for a Mc'Ds. The sauce packets you ask for (and now pay for) never make it into the bag. Multiple times I've received the wrong food. Particularly inspired to post tonight because after reporting I was missing food the person behind the counter snapped "and what do you want me to do about it?" I typically don't like to leave negative reviews but I'd love to see something change here.
