McDonald's Menu Prices at 945 East Tournament Trail ★3.6 (1519)

Must say if you are hard of hearing the man who took my order on 1/31/26 at 9:45pm in the drive thru . You will definitely hear him when he takes your order!! Fast service. Polite staff on this day.

There are more McDonald’s locations than almost any other franchise in the world. They are known for their uniformity and dedication to service and standards. This location however didn’t get that memo. They are known in the area for having poor service and their food being cold or not fresh at time of order. They have a reputation as well for missing items in DoorDash orders and when you call the store to address order issues you will often be met with someone picking up the phone and then just hanging back up after not answering. Locals will drive to The Thatcher Lane location over going to this one. I wanted to believe this was just a few people having really bad experiences however that has not been the case from what I have gathered. Over the past few months I have yet to receive a complete correct order from this restaurant when ordering delivery and when visiting in person I have received cold or room temperature food several times. I have only had someone actually answer the phone at this location twice. I hope their service improves at some point but until then I will recommend others avoid this location.

Extremely disappointed This is usually a good unit; tonight I say at the drive through for 7 minutes waiting on 2 hot chocolates... Finally parked and went inside, asked about order and it appeared no one had a clue. There was NO business, must of the crew were standing around talking, the fry station has at least 10 large orders on the rack, with more cooking. My cheeseburger was barely warm.

Some of the unhappiest and rudest people I have ever met. Asked for a minute before ordering at the drive thru because my son wasn't sure what he wanted. All you hear is a super deep sigh like he's so annoyed, no one else was there. They were not busy at the time. Then after having to pull to the third window (so ridiculous) brings us our food I tell him that we never got our drinks. Super annoyed he goes back and gets them practically throws them out the window to us and walks away before I can say these are not the right drinks.

After driving for 2.5 hours, I pulled into this McDonald’s in Carmel ready for a mocha frappe—but the machine had just gone down. Instead of sending me on my way, the team went above and beyond, offering to substitute anything else I wanted. I ended up with a large caramel iced coffee with mocha drizzle and whipped cream, and honestly? It was even better than what I originally ordered. Not only did it taste amazing, but it gave me the caffeine boost I needed to finish my drive home. Huge shout-out to the staff for their excellent customer care, problem-solving, and friendly service. This kind of experience is exactly why this location deserves five stars.
