McDonald's Menu Prices at 2616 Us Hwy 52 ★1.7 (165)

This is the worst McDonalds in the state. They are soooo slow! Plan to spend 30 min waiting for your food. You cannot find a worker anywhere. No ability to refill a drink. They skimp on serving sizes. You pay for large and they give you a small. They do not recognize valid coupons. They are rude and dismissive. They do not get your order right. Go elsewhere!

This McDonald’s only wants to screw you out of whatever they can. This was supposed to be a large order of fries. Spent over $30 and still didn’t get anything. Totally ridiculous. We stopped back at this McDonald’s as the manager requested and offered us a free meal. Kudos to the manager excellent job on your part. We did get more fries this time, but the fish sandwiches were hard on the edges as if they had been left for a couple of days. Very disappointed in the quality of the food. Us personally we will probably be eating elsewhere from now on. Thank you to the manager for your efforts though, but I would suggest maybe you change some of your staff

Stopped at the West Lafayette McDonald’s and this was easily one of the worst experiences I’ve had at the chain. I already don’t love the new setup where customers can’t access their own drinks or condiments anymore, but that’s a corporate issue. What ruined this visit was the service. The employee working the front counter was moving extremely slow, barely acknowledged anyone, and acted irritated when customers asked simple questions. The dining room was full, people were waiting, and food was going out cold because she simply didn’t care to keep things moving. To top it off, she didn’t even give us our full order—three small fries were missing. When I asked for them, she just tossed the fries on the counter and said, “Three small fries,” without any eye contact or apology. At that point we’d already been there for 35 minutes, and I was done. I literally wished everyone in the lobby good luck and walked out. The manager was great when I needed a receipt reprinted, but the front-line service was unacceptable. This location seriously needs to reevaluate who they’re putting at the counter. It reflects poorly on the entire store.

One of the better McDonalds in Lafayette. I usually get quick service and fresher food compared to the other ones across town. The only downside is the exit when leaving the place. If you want to turn left to go into West Lafayette, you have to go down pass Meijer and then back track.

They really should get an award for making fast food as slow as possible while consistently getting every order wrong. It’s pretty impressive. Bonus: If you order through the app and they’re out of something, they’ll tell you to pull forward and wait for the manager. Manager is either invisible or somehow slower than the store. If you decide not to wait another half hour after already waiting in the drive through for a half hour, your money disappears like magic 🪄
