DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS MCDONALDS, THEY LIE TO YOU. Not surprised at the horrible reviews of this restaurant, I finally caught them. While picking up for a delivery order, I noticed it sat for nearly 15 minutes while being marked as "ready." Mind you, I got the notification to pick it up and was at the store in 3 minutes. I try my best to be respectful, so when what looked like a manager in a red sweater finally came to bring me the food after nearly 15 minutes... I asked "just curious, why do you guys mark the orders as ready when they aren't, I don't mind waiting but lying to the customer makes the driver look bad." Well, my concern was met with hostility "Well don't worry youre never allowed to pick up from here again!" That's right, for asking why they are LYING to delivery customers. Picture for proof. Order on the counter is marked as ready on the screen. I waited another 5 after snapping this pic.

Went through the drive through with my kids after they got out of practice. Luckily they just wanted nuggets and fries. I ordered 4 snack wraps for myself and all 4 were raw in the middle, which I discovered when biting into the first one. Then checked the rest. I called and they said my name should be on a list in the back for replacements plus 2 fries for the inconvenience.

I Ordered two Mcchickens no lettuce, with dehydrated onions, because the slivered onions are to spicy for me, and pickles. I was asked to pull forward so I was thinking I was waiting for fresh mcChicken. Instead, my chicken was cold, there was no pickles and they had put slivered onions on both. I didn't have time to go back.

Food was great service was fantastic. Not like some places where employees having meltdowns over 5 people in the drive through. We come through about 1 time a month and it's a go to. Sandwiches are not n greasy and sloppy.

Food and service are fine. I can't stand going inside anymore. They BLAST the music at a nauseating volume, both in the dining area and worse yet in the restrooms. There's no escape but to leave. I'm not in a dive bar. Turn it down. This goes for both La Porte locations. Boyd Blvd is just as bad. Best to go through the drive through or door dash. The inside experience is awful.
