McDonald's Menu Prices at 135 N Main St ★3.6 (1378)

Gave us the wrong order, the manager would not do anything to correct it. Told us to come back to replace it that is all they would do, when I am 15 mins away from the store, I would waste more gas than the meal is worth. Then when eating one of the sandwiches, we got some nasty stuff in it. I will not be returning to this location. I really think the owner of the store does not know what is going on at this location.

Honestly the best McDonald’s location ever. I come here almost every morning for pancakes, and everyone is always so nice! I have a McDonald’s closer to me but I drive the extra 10 minutes because of how much I love this location! Thanks for being so kind! :)

Ordered wrap which was cold. Coffee was good. Washroom so dirty, could not use. Better to keep staffs to do the cleaning of common areas and washrooms

The drive through employee here on Sept. 28th, 2025 at 10:45 P.M. told me my uber eats pickup could not be prepared and given to me. She said i was the fourth person to come for it and so I was made to cancel which raised my cancellation rate and counted against me and then another employee came out to my car right after I canceled the order to tell me that it was there after all and I could come and get it but it was already too late because I already canceled it.. He came to my car while I was writing to Uber explaining that this wasn't my fault and I lost the chatbot thanks to the employee that came to my car when he requested information about the order and I had to go back into another part of the app to look at it. Thanks for screwing things up for me, Mcdonald's. I'll be avoiding this place due to the incompetency of the people here and the annoyance. The person in the drive through needs to slow down and be thorough and do her job more efficiently. Maybe she's just not ready for this job.

This McDonald's ALWAYS screws up delivery orders. I've ordered multiple times from this location and food was missing. The attitude of the manager i spoke to today was unprofessional. Last time I was told to go pick up the items. WTH would I do that if I ordered delivery and paid more? Let's face it, the prices of items go up when you order delivery. Big inconvenience. I did get my money back but what about the fact that they refuse to send the missing items? What about the fact that people didn't get a meal? The inconvenience they impose? It's sad that the quality of customer service has gone down the drain and managers are included in that.
